The integration of all the features is killer. Contacts, leads, marketing emails, automation emails, knowledge base, all tie together really well. The UI is nicely laid out and easy to use. Most valuable for me is the feature rich integration between the solid chat platform and Email Marketing that Gist provides. It has become an indispensable part of my set up. In the beginning I did not like that the brand name back then (Convertfox) was visible below the chatbox. I thought that this was not an ideal name for my customers. (They dont want to be converted or outstmarted by a fox). But fortunately they changed the brand name to Gist. I like that much better.

I like how I can target specific people on my email list. Just because they're on my list doesn't mean that they'll get an email. I can send email to particular tags so that as I add new tags, I can target emails to specific people for a better experience for them and a better result for my efforts. I've come to depend on the live chat feature so much that I cannot run my business without it. The mobile app makes my dream of running my business remotely a reality. Two months ago I was on the Swiss Alps and got a message from a potential client, I was able to close the customer while spending the day on the mountain top. Gist app for chatting is great and incredibly easy to set up on our business. It allows us to track user interaction on our web, enable us to recognize the consumer behavior on our homepage, and also monitor chat discussions. Gist could enhance its usability for pop-ups and front ends to make a better incorporation into the homepage. Although Gist has a huge number of functionalities, this means that the advancement never gets as quick as I want, and even if updates are released constantly, they don't usually cover some aspects of the basic functionalities. Through Gist, you will communicate with your customers regularly and in an effective way. It has some great shapes integrated, and a large variety of design options, that are much better than seasoned options. The scheduling and adaptability of the layout is an advantage as well. The desktop app is great and makes it easy to set up your addresses and the mobile app enables us to monitor and manage customer service on the move for all support problems, so you will be able to manage this from any device.
