What do you like best about Gist?

What do you like best about Gist?

You got all in one place: contacts, your Newsletter campaigns, Chatbot communication and more. The look is very clean and I like UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

There is no German version available. Parts of the plattform are in Beta version whereas other parts are not. So sometimes it switches depending on what you are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've looked at a few similar products, and I think Gist has a very good balance of features vs simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gist?

There are a couple of missing features for Drip Email - such as BCC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Support/Sales chat feature and knowledgebase is awesome and better then I've seen on other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learningcurve is a bit steap especially with the automation in relation to mailcontacts but once you get it working, it's awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easiness to assign conversations to different members, the possibility to snooze chats until a later time and the information in the side bar, helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gist?

Gist has come a long way. From simple email and live chat to full fledged email automation, chat bots and knowledge-base. We've been using Gist for quite some time now—and all though there were bumps in the road—we're still sticking around because we believe in the product and founder.
