"Browserstack has been a great addition to our testing tools."
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The fact that the team has access to multiple versions of the browsers that we need to test to help out clients' needs is what I like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The short time we have to test, sometimes it takes 30 mins to try a section in detail, and the prompt asks if we need more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful tool for testing various platforms"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack every single day because it is super easy to use across various platforms, as it works on all major browsers. The most helpful thing about BrowserStack is that I am able to test various devices and various OSs without having to own all of the said devices. I also like that BrowserStack keeps OSs up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes, it takes a really long time for a device to load. Also, it can feel a bit hard to navigate on mobile because when scrolling down or up, sometimes it goes really fast or really slow. It would be great if the BrowserStack development team could improve upon these issues I mentioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great tool to test everything related to the UI on different devices."
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love how you can switch between mobile devices and different browsers. The option to test how things work in different locations is awesome, and the browser integration makes it super easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

In a few cases, I noticed the page didn’t run well, but it worked fine when I tested it directly in my browser. I’m not sure if this was due to the configuration I selected in BrowserStack or how the files were being served Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"the best tool to automate mobile dev"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like most about BrowserStack is the ability to test on real devices. It gives me a more authentic feel for how things will actually perform on users' phones and desktops. Plus, the fact that you can run tests across different browsers quickly is super helpful for spotting issues early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

What I don't love is the cost. It can get pretty pricey, especially if you're a smaller team or a freelancer. And sometimes, the performance feels a little slow, especially on mobile testing. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be annoying when you're trying to move fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mandatory tool for app developers"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

With the wide variety of existing mobile devices and their constant software and hardware updates, it becomes complicated to perform real tests on a large and varied number of devices. Having BrowserStack has allowed us to test our applications on very heterogeneous devices and even diagnose failures of our clients in specific environments or conditions. The visual performance of the tests has improved considerably and is getting faster every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

"They could maintain slightly older versions of the operating systems since we still have clients with somewhat old devices." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
