"Reduces the risk of post-deployment bugs"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I can test my website on the actual devices used by real people worldwide, often the same browsers and devices as the majority of my audience is using. This in turn makes it easier to provide a good experience to all users no matter where they are or what device they are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

It’s not always sufficient for local testing purposes, sometimes I want to test for certain regional settings or network conditions. BrowserStack doesn’t provide a feature for this through their platform to simulate those localized environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly testing machine"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Best thing about browserstack is the ability to upload your own builds and then run them across a bunch of devices on a bunch of software versions of those.

Smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes those devices (given that they are real devices) give random artefacts during testing and because of the mirroring nature I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Testing Tool Variety"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love the many products BrowserStack offers. Helps with mobile and web testing for our distributed QA teams. Just started using AppLive and it's great for testing for newer or older devices that aren't available to all of our QA members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Not supporting connected devices or anything for streaming app testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

- Access to multiple real & emulated devices & browsers.

- We use it daily and it is pretty easy to integrate into existing automation suties.

- Customer support is always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The cost for automate & the execution speed of automated testing. Additionally manual testing on real devices is very sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for testing in diversified device types"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Ability to use different devices, browsers and configurations. Easy to switch to any device with good UI capability. Also enables automation testing that requires devices native apps to be used. eg, imessage app from iphone device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Trial accounts has very less time for usage checks. When we want to login to browser and test to gain experience, the trial usage gets over. it is good to enable atleast 5-10 minutes of trail time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserStack has the essentials but could use some UI/UX improvements"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Browser Stack is a great product that has helped me work through many proof of concept demos. Clients I work with love to see MVP's of their mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

A tutorial would be nice when you log in. It's not always obvious when navigating the platform how to run the app I need to use. I think intentional labeling of the side bar and other menu's would go a long way.

A presenter mode would be helpful. When I am demoing to clients I would like a clean view similar to that of Powerpoint presenter mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for debugging Delphi FireMonkey (FMX) mobile apps"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Love how easy it is to upload and try a compiled app binary for Android and iOS. Perfect for verifiying app at various device/os versions and screen form factors and getting screenshots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Not straightforward how to debug a mobile app from Delphi IDE. Would be nice to have an IDE extension to ease the build-upload-test/debug cycle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect ToolFor Saving Hours on Responsive Website Design Testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The ability to test on virtualizations of a large variety of actual brand devices and practically every version of their operating systems, including all the major browsers and their software versions. It would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to be able to test every device they have if you had to buy the devices yourself so you could have the same quality of testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The free trail options that they have are very limited. You can only use a device for 30 seconds, andthat includes the time it takes to load a website for testing. So that leaves you with almost no time to get a good feel for their tool utilizing a test website. Plus, once you use a device in the trial account, you can not use it again. They should expand the time allowed during the test session, or just give you full access for a certain number of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
