What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

What I dislike about BrowserStack is the inability to test audio and video functionalities, even during manual testing sessions. Apart from Chrome, no other browsers support custom audio and video testing in browserstack, which is a significant limitation. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like that they have REAL device with REAL browsers to test our software and websites. They have tons of features which are really helpful to test also all edge cases. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a frontend developer, it gives me instant access to all sorts of browsers I will ever need to make sure my product works as expected and I use it a lot for my projects. It is very fast for a cloud-based service and local testing is a breeze as well. Integrates well with Selenium and makes testing very easy and effective for me. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I could never find an available machine on the free tier, but could be just me. But I've had prior experience of their paid version so I was happy to pay for it instead of relying on the free tier which is basically a hit or miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My dislike is that the free trial you can only use the browser version for a very short amount of time. It would be nice to have a free 30 day trial or longer time to test to see if this product is something we should buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use browserstack for multi screen testing, so actually it really helped me to check multiple screens and multiple screen sizes testing. It actually helped me a lot.
