"Using BrowserStack as my testing software for my personal projects"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I like about BrowserStack is that they support a lot of browser that can be test for compatibility of my web apps. Very easy to use and implement it on my projects when you use it a long time since I use it as everyday tester. I also like that I can integrate it on other platforms. The customer support also reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient cross-OS testing using Browserstack"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best things about BrowserStack is its real-device testing capability. It allows user to test websites and applications on actual devices and browsers with access to a wide variety of devices and OS combinations not just emulators or simulators, which provides a much more accurate and reliable testing experience. This makes cross-browser and cross-OS testing incredibly effective which is essential for our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

One downside is occasional performance lag, especially when running tests on real devices, which can affect the speed of testing. Sometimes, this can cause delays in manual testing.

While BrowserStack offers a wide range of devices and browsers, not every version or combination is available at all times, meaning certain edge cases or older device models may not be present. These could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product but poor customer support"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like that the UI is intuitive, fast and you also have great logs about your execution and even videos, I like that we can aim to specific servers by using our localhost to resolve domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Customer support is really bad, whenever I have an issue, is always the same, I have to go over and over again to answer questions, it seems there is some kind of rotation on the assigned agent/support guy and I have to explain the issue again, whenever I ask a question, it is not answered, you should improve, have a great product but a really bad attention to customer with issues or question is not ideal. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

It has everything under single roof, so their pricing should be alo one for all product. And need some sort of support for API testing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool for small businesses and startups who can't afford multiple devices for testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

What I find the most helpful about using BrowserStack is the ability to test our mobile app on different devices and screen sizes. It's pretty illuminating to see how the different screen sizes can change the quality of the UI. Not to mention that since the app stores require screenshots on difference devices and screen sizes to go live, we never would have been able to meet that requirement if it weren't for BrowserStack. I'm an Android user and needed to test our new mobile app on iPad. I asked all my Apple-using friends to borrow one for testing. No one was able to lend me one and I was stuck... until BrowserStack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The least helpful thing about BrowserStack is that I cannot access the device settings on an iOS device without upgrading our plan, which we can't afford to do. It makes testing in-app purchases impossible. Also, sometimes the screen capture function freezes and requires me to refresh the screen and go through the login process all over again. "Amazing Product"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love how many devices I can use to test without having to pay for them myselfs or keep them up to date. All I have to do is login to my account and test my websites in various browsers. It gets even better when I test a mobile app using their simple to use API on various iOS or Android devices and I get console logs that I can easily action on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Browserstack like various products that allow you to use various devices and browse remotely there is some lag but this lag is much smaller than various other products I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
