"The Best Tool for Executing Mobile Automated Tests (Device Farm)"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack manages to bring everything good, currently in an application, to execute mobile automated tests. The usage is very intuitive and it offers many integrations. Currently, we use it for numerous work fronts, both iOS and Android, and it serves us very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The main point that needs improvement is the cost. Each device has a significantly higher price compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a device farm to run our app regression tests, and BrowserStack suited us very well. Currently, the benefits brought by using BrowserStack are due to having multiple devices available. I like Bug Capturing and Live Cross Browser testing most.Live : Cross Browser Testing , its enable to monitor responsiveness of device on multiple browsers and devices enable realtime acess on multiple devices. There are many things I like about BrowserStack. Mentioning some best things about it:

1. Latest devices & OS will get an update on this platform very quickly.

2. Browserstack customer support team is very proactive and supportive.

3. Easy to use.

4. Newly launched feature Recent Test is very time-saving in our testing scenarios.

5. Fast connectivity & switching between devices.

6. Availability of almost every device with several OS options in the listing.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I have been using BrowserStack for so many years regularly and I don't think there is anything missing. Worth money products and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Main resolution by using BrowserStack is that i can test my test cases in number of devices as per my choice. I don't have to look for real device. And while testing any bug i found is reliable to reproduce on real devices as well. Secondary i can test my apps by different locations around the globe by using IP settings. "Best for testing and management"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Here apart from testing on various devices we can now manage our test case in the same dashboard which makes very easier for testing team to test and manage the test case in the same place.

Earlier we use to do the test case management in Azure DevOps but believe me in Browserstack it is way more easier and productive that any other tool in the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we use to write and manage our test case in Azure DevOps Test Plan feature.But there our tea was struggling with the management of test cases/plans. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

We have been a BrowserStack customer for last 7 years and should say the products have evolved from legacy browser-based testing to Automated, Live devices and Apps. The way in which the product integrates with the organisation and how this can use this within the team is very easy and implementation is quite fast. The team uses this quite frequently for their day-to-day activities. The customer service and support are quite impressive and they respond to issues quite fast.
