It's clear that Browserstack is a front-runner in the QA industry because they continue to re-invent and invest in new technologies to bring teams forward. I regret purchasing Test Observability so early on it's development phase as there's still many flaws, while they have good response rates from their support engineers, they haven't been able to resolve any issues after 6-9 months of investigation.
