What I like the most about BrowserStack is the ease of use, especially with mobile devices. We have a heavy use of mobile devices testing and web testing, and the simulators have served a great purpose during testing phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Browserstack has very strong technology behind the real devices which this offers. I have tested in many devices with Manual and Automation testing both. But I have never seen different behaviour in the devices which browserstack offers and the real devices. Also, its both Automate feature Web and App are very splendid in terms of running tests smoothly without failures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislike but they should implement the integration of CI/CD tools in the interface only like they have done for other feature such as Apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best part about Browserstack is that we are getting all the features in single dashboard. Earlier we use to run pipeline from Gitlab then check the report in report portal. But after Browserstack we are maintaining, running and analysing our test from single dashboard.

* Ease of use for Live/App Live to quickly test a site or app with all the benefits you get with Browserstack
* Config to setup Automate/App Automation is easy to integrate into our code base
* Support is great from them when you have issues and will take feedback on board if improvements can be made
* Kitchen sink of features, like even ip/geo location simulating, appium inspector integration, it's got everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* Documentation is very fragmented, there's some contradictions and also difficult to find the right information
* Things don't always work on Browserstack when dealing with work VPNs and restrictions, it can work locally using a Sim build perfectly fine, but via Browserstack it can fail on the first hurdle
* Lots of timeouts, loading speeds can be slow etc, we'd prefer stability over loads of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like best about BrowserStack is the ability to instantly access a wide range of real devices and browsers for testing, which saves time and ensures accurate, reliable results without the need for physical hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that tests can sometimes run slower on real devices due to latency, and the session time limits on certain plans can be restrictive during longer debugging sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with browserstack is seemless and thorough, the product is very cutting edge and full of useful and value adding features. Its easy to use and the implentation is pretty straightforward. The customer support is also great and all teh concerns are adressed proactively, unless there are issues that no body in the industry knows the answers to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some underlying technical shortcomings in the tech stacks, which needs to be deep dived and fixed to make it more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
