"Big fan!"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Love their positive attitude and offerings. It's always been clear what I'm getting into, and documentation is easy to follow. They also host community events, which I haven't attended but really appreciate they exist! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I can't think of any right now. Wish there was a free hobby plan, but I do appreciate the free open-source plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A test stack for almost every aspect of software testing... and more."
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The wide range of products and the ease of integration with other tech stacks. The producst are also quite easy to use and I have seen a lot of improvements over the years.

The support I get as well is amazing as I get very quick responses to issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The documentation could be improved. Sometimes I go around in circles looking for a product document I used before. I found that you can get to some documents easliy when on the product but finding the document when you access the documentation pages directly can be a bit of a hassle. "Essential for front-end development"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The wide array of browsers and operating systemt to test on. Just recently I was able to find an issue with a font (Segoe UI) which is available on Windows but requires a web font download on other operating systems. And it looked and behaved ever-so-slightly differently when "native" to the Windows OS vs being an external download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The list of browsers is amazing, however it may be a little overwhelming to newcommers. E.g. maybe tell me which Samsung Galaxy is the most popular and the first to test on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tool you must have for your team"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a UX designer, I work with the team to test the product across devices and platforms. BrowserStack is a pretty handy tool for us to use, we can look at the webpage on many devices and browsers, and the best part, different versions. We want to make sure our website is accessible on old browsers and devices as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I know you have accessibility scan service recently. I wonder if you can add more features to that. We're having a major accessibility project. Would like to see if you can provide something like accessibility testing, manual audit, and cover more devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's an ok tool"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like how I can test locally web applications, and do accessibility testing on android, and also use developer tools to debug and develop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

It is a pain sometimes to use the product because of how laggy it is and clunky it is. It is quite slow and takes a lot of loading time. Also, accessibility is not available in iPhone and is only available in andorid or desktop. The local testing is good when it is set right, but once it becomes undone somehow, it is difficult to run it again.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation of User Testing, saves time and increases productivity"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The fact that I can set up multiple user tests, for multiple products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes the product finds it hard to see through a UX/UI therefore some tests fail on the get go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cross browser testing made efficient and easy"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack has a lot of features for testing different devices. It's like a one-stop solution for testing. We can automate our app using any tool and configure it to BrowserStack to test it on several devices with just a small change. We can also use android, ios apps and any kind of browser here for testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I am very impressed with the features that BrowserStack provides us. But it can improve when it comes to reporting test cases. Also, it would be great if it could add pipeline feature integration in the dashboard itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient cross-browser testing platform with minor integration hurdles"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack provides an excellent environment for cross-browser and cross-device testing without requiring physical access to multiple devices. The platform’s ease of use, wide range of supported browsers, and real device testing capabilities significantly streamline QA processes. The instant access to virtual devices is particularly helpful for debugging and validating responsive designs efficiently. Their integration with CI/CD pipelines further simplifies automated testing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While the platform is robust, the integration with certain CI/CD tools can be cumbersome to set up initially, especially for custom configurations. Additionally, the performance of live testing can occasionally lag on some real devices, which might slow down workflows. Pricing could also be more competitive for smaller teams or projects with limited budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for accessibility testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

• Screenshot of page can be taken.

• Screen Recording functionality is available which might help record the test results.

• Rotor functionality is available in iOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

• Not all 1 finger gestures (like 1 finger swipe up/ down) work with Browser Stack Screen Reader ON.

• Multi finger gestures like 2 fingers swipe up/ down, 3 finger tap, 3 finger swipe etc. is not supported.

• iPhone latest like 15, 15 Pro etc. Do not have Screen Reader capability enabled.

• Lower versions of iPhone like iPhone 14 or below has beta version of SR but the OS versions are old yielding undesired output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
