Its simplicity, interface is easy to use and apply Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the LCA feature being relatively new has a couple of must have features still on the development roadmap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Low code automation tool platform and agentic flows demo was with real time scenarios. Auto healing and creating steps with tool was had magnificent seen from user's perspective. The fact of having no cost on executions of unlimited runs fascinated me for all time. Easy implementation of steps via recorder was something similar to other tools, but ease of integration with CI/ID triggers a charm in me for using this tool. Mostly nothing I have seen so far into any products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since Browserstack offer both App Automate and Observability feature it is very easy to visualise our test execution in Oberservability. It provides all sort of tags in the tests which you execute manually or with the help of automation.
We can identifynew errors, unique error very quickly when we execute our test in Browserstack with the help of Observability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Browserstack only list execution result in the Observalibilty as Build wise, I think they should have offer feature to list them test suite wise for better management and monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A single place to test all of the different browsers to spot glitches in my design and layout was an absolutely massive time saver for me. As someone who has not previously been engaged in the actual building of sites and the UI side, at first I wasn't able to test my layout on anything other than the devices I had around me in my office. But I am Apple-centric so I missed out on how my site appeared on the Android interface and did not know how to address this. That is when I found BrowserStack and was able to quickly spot all the things that I ought to address. I could then make the required changes and get it tidied up across all the different possible browsers. So that was fantastic. It's so weird, this was flagged as being AI generated but it is genuinely all in my own words... Not sure what more I can offer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a power user as such, but I did find the time limitations on the free version were frustrating. It's not something I will use often enough at this time to justify the paid subscription though, so I had to accept these pain points as part of the free service... Often business doesnt have the infrastructure or the ability to maintain different browser combinations on their own. The cloud architecture allows the testers to use different sets of browsers on multiple OS platforms , giving support to different app versions as well.
The dashboard adds to a sense of simplicity.
The tool can be easily integrated with test runs also supporting scheduled jobs and reporting mechanisms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe there could be some way where licensing cost could be reduced so that the tool can reach more users by volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BrowserStack is a must-have tool for QA teams trying to validate both apps and websites across multiple resolutions, form factors, OS versions, regions & languages, and running Appium automation. I have compared BrowserStack against other sites that offer comparable functionality, but none have the performance, flexibility, and selection of devices. Every team and organization I have been associated with has agreed with my conclusion and I have been a long time satisfied customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like better integration with files and media (only Chrome browser is supported for image injection). I would also like more access to system internals such as settings and permissions to install extensions. I'd also very much like the ability to rename my apps in the app list. This has been the most useful IE simulator I've ever used. The ability to instantly test and interact with your website across a wide range of browsers, as well as to adjust the display size and operating system, is incredible. I frequently use BrowserStack at work. The screenshot tool, in my opinion, is a good way to find interface flaws fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find BrowserStack to be cumbersome and slow. Furthermore, it does not work with a VPN. The refresh rate is too low for me to test animation effects.
Although the colours are too dim to capture good-looking images during "live" testing, a screenshot service was recently created that allows us to capture screenshots of a URL on nearly any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apart from App Automate, App Live it has the feature to manage our test case in one place and integrate them easily for the Automation and Manual Testing which is a very cool feature when we have to switch to different tools for maintaining the test cases.
While manual testing we can use its Bug Capture to record the issue which has the devtool which helps in debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there should be only one subscription for all products. Here we have to take subscription of every feature separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using Browserstack for almost a year everyday. I have to say this is a great platform for software testing. It has all the necessary tool for mobile app and web testing. Moreover, it has advanced logging capability to debug the test. And we are mainly using Microsoft technology and it has great support and integration for .NET testing framework. It has even better support for Nodejs as this platform is mostly made up with Nodejs. It has a great product documentation which makes it easy to code for any framework we use from nodejs or .net like jest or MSTest. At the same time, It has examples in github which makes it more easier to adopt in the codebase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is only one downside I got which was lack of support for legacy technology like Windows form of WPF applications. They do not support desktop applications like these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it makes automation easy, When I first tried BrowserStack I used the low code automation tool and it was a game changer in my workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike so far however I would have liked to have had longer time to test the simulators, last time I checked for the free tier simulators are available for 30seconds or 4 minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
