What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.

What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.

We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. NetSuite is a powerful and robust platform that brings together many facets of our business. I really appreciate having a single source of truth for everything from project management to financial reporting. The ability to tie so many operational and financial processes together in one system is incredibly valuable. I also like knowing there's much more we could unlock — it's a tool with a lot of depth, and I wish we had the time and resources to take fuller advantage of all it offers. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Despite its strengths, there are areas where NetSuite feels disjointed or underdeveloped. For example:

Some fields are only usable in resource management and not available elsewhere, which creates unnecessary limitations.

Project task functionality feels like an afterthought, not a fully integrated part of the system.

It's frustrating that Service Items can’t be linked to employees without a custom script — especially when selling professional services is the majority of our business.

We've had a support ticket open for over a year regarding a syntax error, and there’s still no resolution.

We also have an open support ticket related to mass updates on effective-dated fields in employee records. Every year, when we perform these updates, the system wipes out the “special skills” section — even when using forms where that section is hidden. Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the issue remains unresolved after more than a year.

Nothing here would keep me from recommending the system to others. In fact, some of these issues and those not mentioned convinced me to work towards certification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetSuite gives us a centralized system to manage our operations, financials, and project-based activities all in one place. It replaces disconnected tools and spreadsheets by integrating project management, time tracking, billing, reporting, and general ledger into a single platform. It also gives our teams access to real-time data, which is critical for both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. Not too much. It is one of my vendors that I am very happy with. If I had to have a suggestion, it would be on the savable templates. They are not editable in a way that streamlines our processes, so we generally have to create a brand new template or deal with the way its done. (add a line in the template at the top for alphabetical purposes vs. having to add at bottom). Also, I wish there were more customizable workflows. We have to manually select the workflows b/c we have many managers for similar invoices. I wish we could have workflow templates we could select vs. having to manually add approvers. It's hard to pick what I like best about Boomerang. But if I had to, I would say the return to inbox if recipient didn't reply is top of the list. No one can try and ignore me with the hopes I will forget. Simply put, all of its features have transformed how I work. I use my email inbox as my to-do list. I send myself emails all the time and time them to arrive when it is most efficient. Scheduled messages to myself and my team also helps to ensure regular tasks are never forgotten. What do you like best about vcita?

I have used this solution for a number of customers and found it simple for the clients to use as a CRM for estimating and communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vcita?

When doing a deeper dive to set up marketing templates, realised you have to pay even more to simply adjust your templates !! A big mis sell to me also using Zapier to drag information into the platform did not work, so issues in pushing the correct data you want for your clients in the solution and was unable to resolve, with both parties blaming each other. What do you like best about Copilot?

The ability to track and manage client communication, deliverables (file storage and links) as well as the ability to create custom apps that have dynamic visbillity by client tags. All of these tools make it a no-brainer for us to implement this portal in our business and be confident it can scale with us. What do you dislike about Copilot?

One thing that is currently lacking but will soon be updated (based on their teams product development roadmap) is the ability to create contracts with a drag and drop type builder in the portal as well the ability to create dynamic proposals using the portal. What problems is Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a turnkey solution to manage our current clients and keep them in the loop on their projects. We have been using a variety of tools with manual communication to do all this and Copilot allows us to consolidate everything into one platform. This allows us to save time and run our operations more efficiently internally and for our clients thus resulting in better client onboarding and overal client experience. What do you like best about Bill4Time?

It's comprehensive. We don't use all of the functionality but I like that it's there if we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill4Time?

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. In addition, we need to color-code our appointments and B4T doesn't do that. We use Google instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bill4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous.
