What do you like best about Copilot?

The ability to track and manage client communication, deliverables (file storage and links) as well as the ability to create custom apps that have dynamic visbillity by client tags. All of these tools make it a no-brainer for us to implement this portal in our business and be confident it can scale with us. What do you dislike about Copilot?

One thing that is currently lacking but will soon be updated (based on their teams product development roadmap) is the ability to create contracts with a drag and drop type builder in the portal as well the ability to create dynamic proposals using the portal. What problems is Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a turnkey solution to manage our current clients and keep them in the loop on their projects. We have been using a variety of tools with manual communication to do all this and Copilot allows us to consolidate everything into one platform. This allows us to save time and run our operations more efficiently internally and for our clients thus resulting in better client onboarding and overal client experience. What do you like best about Copilot?

We’ve recently started using Copilot as our onboarding portal at 19 Six Media, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to set up—perfect for creating a smooth, professional experience for new clients.

What really stands out is the support team. For the trickier bits, their help has been fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a tool that balances ease of use with powerful features, but Copilot nails it.

The only drawback we’ve found so far is the lack of native automations, which would make an already smooth process even more powerful. What do you like best about Copilot?

Copilot is the best portal/practice management tool out there at the price point. Its one of the very few options that has such a packed feature set, automated invoicing, payment processing, workflows, and much more.

You can easily prompt new clients to sign up via an easy link - you can also easily and beautifully customize everything to match your brand colours and style. If you're starting out, and you're unsure of who to pick, choose Copilot. You can't go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

The drawback to Copilot is that the payment processing fees appear to be quite high, potentially higher than using Stripe directly yourself. As a result, I think using Copilot for payments might not be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copilot?

I like copilot because of its extensive features that it includes and helps me run my business better and more effectively. For a startup, it’s a little expensive and wish there was a starter plan for cheaper with less clients. What do you like best about Copilot?

I like the simplicity of the platform. I am a solopreneur bookkeeper and I love tool that can help improve my process and the CX. But, I don't love spending hours learning new about how to use new platforms. Copilot was easy to set-up and onboard my first client in half a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

There are only a few customization option to make the space feel like your brand. They are adequate for sure, but room for improvement is definitely there. With that, I had to download an integration for to make a home screen for my clients portal. Getting stripe and the basic functionality for my needs ready to go in the a matter of a few hours was great. What do you like best about Copilot?

I use Copilot as my client portal, and it’s been a game-changer for how I manage communication and document sharing with clients. The standout feature for me is how smoothly it handles file uploads and downloads—whether it’s sharing reports, receiving documents, or organizing files, everything is quick and seamless.

From a client’s perspective, the layout is clean and super easy to navigate. Whether they're messaging me, accessing files, or reviewing contracts, everything is intuitive and well-organized. What do you dislike about Copilot?

Currently, I can’t assign tasks to multiple clients at once, which can be time-consuming when I need to send the same task to several people. Also, I’m not able to add a user with the same email address to multiple businesses, which is limiting if a client is involved in more than one entity.
