The ability to track and manage client communication, deliverables (file storage and links) as well as the ability to create custom apps that have dynamic visbillity by client tags. All of these tools make it a no-brainer for us to implement this portal in our business and be confident it can scale with us. One thing that is currently lacking but will soon be updated (based on their teams product development roadmap) is the ability to create contracts with a drag and drop type builder in the portal as well the ability to create dynamic proposals using the portal. Copilot is the best portal/practice management tool out there at the price point. Its one of the very few options that has such a packed feature set, automated invoicing, payment processing, workflows, and much more.
You can easily prompt new clients to sign up via an easy link - you can also easily and beautifully customize everything to match your brand colours and style. If you're starting out, and you're unsure of who to pick, choose Copilot. You can't go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like copilot because of its extensive features that it includes and helps me run my business better and more effectively. There are only a few customization option to make the space feel like your brand. They are adequate for sure, but room for improvement is definitely there. With that, I had to download an integration for to make a home screen for my clients portal. Currently, I can’t assign tasks to multiple clients at once, which can be time-consuming when I need to send the same task to several people. Also, I’m not able to add a user with the same email address to multiple businesses, which is limiting if a client is involved in more than one entity.
