What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. What do you like best about Envoy Visitors?

We have had this software at our business for several years. It has many features that have proved very helpful for us. We have used the visitor sign-in information for fire and severe weather protocols to make sure everyone is accounted for, we have used the reports to determine how often a vendor is here, to track times that a vendor was here to confirm if they were involved in a questionable activity, to make sure after-hours delivery people showed up, and to find the exact name of a visitor to send them correspondence. As a front desk person, it is very helpful to identify the exact name of who is visiting, their company and let their sign-in info notify whom they are visiting. What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?

The only problem I find is having to keep an eye on things to make sure vendors are signed out if they fail to do so when they leave. What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use starred, but workspave allows you to group files together that you use together to complete a task using all the files. It allows me to go to one place and open all the files from that group I need to use together. Saves time hunting them in a common list and they are all over in the list instead of together in a compact list. I heavily use the workspaces, one for each task that uses a set of files. Also shortens my Starred list as I only add them to a workspace. It is extremely easy to use just drag and drop into a workspace you label for implementation for frequent tasks. I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.

What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.

We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I mean, Outlook is a stable in the business world. I don't know anyone who uses Outlook for personal use. Since I joined the workforce after college, I have used nothing but Outlook in every single job I have had. It's something easy to use and no matter the updates or changes they make, it's something you can still figure out easily without much help as a user. It's reliable and dependable. It integrates easily with other tools. Currently, I have an older version and tbh, I'm not crazy about it but I also know if the company decides to upgrade, the newer version is much better. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I dislike about Outlook are the changes with upgrades. You spend an hour letting your computer upgrade and then you jump in and everything is so different. Why go from one extreme to another? Sometimes when I create rules, that can get a little tangled. I've seen that in a few different roles- the rules don't always catch and even after restarting, you still need to get IT involved and it's usually some weird nuance button you have to click to make things works and it's just so stupid. The "rules" can be so simple sometimes and then so complicated other times. Also, if I have a meeting on the calendar and then delete it, it still shows up in my notification summary. Why? It's no longer on the calendar. Little things like that can get annoying. Considering how many updates and upgrades they are constantly doing, the little things get forgotten about. Not too much. It is one of my vendors that I am very happy with. If I had to have a suggestion, it would be on the savable templates. They are not editable in a way that streamlines our processes, so we generally have to create a brand new template or deal with the way its done. (add a line in the template at the top for alphabetical purposes vs. having to add at bottom). Also, I wish there were more customizable workflows. We have to manually select the workflows b/c we have many managers for similar invoices. I wish we could have workflow templates we could select vs. having to manually add approvers. We also appreciate the multi-bank support, which lets us clearly present our account details across different banks (Absa and MCB in our case) directly on the invoices.

The ability to automate reminders, customize layouts with our branding, and include detailed property descriptions (such as plot numbers, location, and agency commission breakdowns) enhances the client experience and reduces manual follow-ups.

What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is something I use all day long, everyday as does my team. I like the combination of my outlook account and Microsoft apps in one log in. I need the option to organize my busy inbox, and make folders and reminders for items needing follow up. I need my calendar and schedule linked to my email and many meetings, log ins, reminders, be able to share my calendar as needed. The apps for PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and One Drive are my constants. Microsoft 365 gives me the tools I need to exchange information, create presentations, organize and review new messages with ease and make my workload more manageable. Teams has become a large part of our communication and meeting platform this past year. It is easy to deploy to our mobile workforce and those that are not very tech savvy. What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a very busy email inbox and need to be able to organize priority emails or senders and keep my responses accurate and timely. outlook assist me with that. I need apps that work together and being able to prepare a presentation in Power Point and then present it live in person or via Teams or both at the same time is one example. I use my calendar to track reminders, meetings, combine calendars and events from other staff members and this integrates with TEAMS. As a healthcare agency, I often screen share for teaching purposes with my mobile workforce for example without requiring them to physically be in the office. I also us it to give live updates to insurance companies as needed. I have several programs that can generate excel reports. Once in Excel I can sort and manipulate the data as I need to for internal use or sometimes to create presentations and feedback for our vendors, referral sources and clients.
