I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible support I received from vFairs, specifically Ali F. From the very first interaction, it was clear I was in expert hands. My biggest gripe is the name. I can't tell you how many times customers have asked me if the PandaDoc email is legit or if it's some kind of spam. The name just doesn't scream "professional document signing platform". It sounds more like a random app or something sketchy. It basically eliminated all the back-and-forth email chaos we used to have with getting contracts signed. What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

There are many things to like. One of the main features I like is the ability to create links in an active document. Adobe PDF Editor is perfect for creating tutorial documents that you can use links to better help readers follow along. You can link to other portions of the document or even to external sites. You can also create forms that you can send to recipients that they can fill out their device. Using the editing feature, you can correct typos and even clean up a document after a spill by scanning it in and deleting it. It is pretty intuitive so it will pick apart the text on the sheet and make smudges into an editable piece that you can delete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes when editing an existing PDF, the editor will group a bunch of the text together which can mess up the formatting of the document. This makes things complicated when adding in between lines and moving sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swoogo solves for the fact that I'm the only person on our events team. I have limited bandwidth and the time I save by using Swoogo is important. I can create an event very quickly, and it takes no time to make changes to the event or the event website. I can save reports and pull them very fast, and I love the feature that allows me to create a private report and share the link with sponsors or colleagues. Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.

What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.

We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. NetSuite is a powerful and robust platform that brings together many facets of our business. I really appreciate having a single source of truth for everything from project management to financial reporting. I also like knowing there's much more we could unlock — it's a tool with a lot of depth, and I wish we had the time and resources to take fuller advantage of all it offers. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Despite its strengths, there are areas where NetSuite feels disjointed or underdeveloped. For example:

Some fields are only usable in resource management and not available elsewhere, which creates unnecessary limitations.

Project task functionality feels like an afterthought, not a fully integrated part of the system.

It's frustrating that Service Items can’t be linked to employees without a custom script — especially when selling professional services is the majority of our business.

We've had a support ticket open for over a year regarding a syntax error, and there’s still no resolution.

We also have an open support ticket related to mass updates on effective-dated fields in employee records. Every year, when we perform these updates, the system wipes out the “special skills” section — even when using forms where that section is hidden. Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the issue remains unresolved after more than a year.

Nothing here would keep me from recommending the system to others. In fact, some of these issues and those not mentioned convinced me to work towards certification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetSuite gives us a centralized system to manage our operations, financials, and project-based activities all in one place. It also gives our teams access to real-time data, which is critical for both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

First of All, I believe the web, mobile and desktop applications are not spread in the market like the competitor solutions. Foxit PDF shall provide free features without logging on the web or the cloud applications. Afterwards, there is an issue when I convert pdf files to doc or docx files. The algorithm does not sort out the convertion for all pdf files. In addition to this, there are also authentication issues to get access to the modules as well as password reset. It 1) reduces the accounts payable processing time for me as an administrator and final authorizer significantly from previous manual processes, 2) gives me a lot of flexibility in how I oversee the entire workflow, reporting, and processing of individual invoices and payment creation, and 3) the customer experience has been incredible. Stampli costs more than its competitors and I feel you pay for that in the amazing customer experience you get from them - which really is great - but it is hard to digest when they release new features that could be potentially helpful and market them as "add-ons" for additional cost instead of making them available to existing customers. Recommendations to others considering Stampli:

Make sure that you're accounting system is designed to handle batch uploads. I had to work directly with the programmer to ensure that the design for both the batch uploads and the check register for upload into Stampli were designed correctly. What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stampli is helping my team to:

1) Increase Efficiency: I hated accounts payable processing from day one on the job. As the only director under 30 in my previous organization, I was shocked to see how much paper was involved in paying bills. What Stampli means for me is a more efficient workflow and faster accounts payable and payment processing, which means fewer late bills and more time for me to focus on the rest of my job. Additionally, as a company that undertakes a lot of construction projects, Stampli took the time to help us with our integration issues with Microsoft GP to allow to track expenses by footprints for construction invoices and have that integrate to our job costing software within our ERP which has again decreased processing time.

2) Enforce Policy through Accountability: the audit trails have been so nice to help keep approvers accountable in an organization that is culturally still coming around to more personal responsibility at the supervisor level for expenses within their department. The Stampli system has also helped us in our annual audit, giving them temporary read-only access allows them to take their samples instead of bothering us about it.

3) Organize AP Efforts: I have two AP clerks and I have their invoice duties separated out by type of invoices (operational, procurement-related, construction) and using their trays feature allows for easy dividing and access for my team and the GIS team that inspects all of our construction invoices as well as restricting invoice access to department heads based on the type of invoices they need to see. I had run all types of athletic events but, learning how to help our staff and faculty successfully run their conferences and workshops has been a breeze with Cvent. What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I love that JotForm sign is integrated into the whole JotForm ecosystem and that you can build out workflows surrounding the signing of documents. We primarily use JotForm sign for handling speaker contracts, but we also have a whole process in which the speaker fills out logistic information in a form as part of the workflow. This really streamlines a lot of manual work and eliminates the need for constant followups with speakers. It easily allows our staff to see what information has been completed and what we are still waiting on. It's been a game changer in how we handle speakers for numerous events throughout the year. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

There is so much more to it than just capturing a signature. That's usually only the beginning. We have our speaker contracts feeding into other forms to collect different information which then goes into other forms and workflows so we manage the whole journey from contract signing, to collecting contact information, to logistics, to the collection of any handouts, materials, or special requests of the presenter. What do you like best about Zenskar?

Our business started to scale rapidly as we expanded to the UK market, but it also came with many billing issues. Our finance team couldn’t keep up with the number of invoices coming in. So we moved to Zenskar to automate the process, connected Salesforce and Stripe, and with it, the entire invoicing and reconciliation process is automated. One of the standout features is its seamless integration with Zoho Books, allowing us to sync invoices with our accounting records, track payments in real time, and generate detailed financial reports. What do you like best about Eventbrite?

The most helpful part about it is how I am able to categorize events based on their nature. Since people always look out for events based on whether its business/networking/party/adventure.., Eventbrite has always given me the ease of categorizing my events so people can find them easily. Eventbrite is so far a credible platform for me, with customer support agents operating around the clock to assist me if I am undergoing any issue with my ticketing. I have the Eventbrite app on my phone for easy access - it was hassle-free! It also generates a lot of event registrations for me, even without any paid promotions. What do you dislike about Eventbrite?
