What do you like best about PandaDoc?

The HubSpot integration works well. Everything just flows together without any headaches. I also have to give props to their customer support team. Anytime I've had questions or run into issues, they've been super helpful and quick to respond. It's nice to actually get real help when you need it instead of being bounced around. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

My biggest gripe is the name. I can't tell you how many times customers have asked me if the PandaDoc email is legit or if it's some kind of spam. The name just doesn't scream "professional document signing platform". It sounds more like a random app or something sketchy. It basically eliminated all the back-and-forth email chaos we used to have with getting contracts signed. What do you like best about Proposify?

It's quick to use and allows for consistency with a business that changes often. It allows our remote team to literally be on the same page for quotes, contracts, and more. We love how easy it is to use and manipulate a proposal to match the needs of each of our clients and use it every day to help entice guests to come to Catalina.

Set up was relatively simple given that we have a large variety of vendors & activities in our offering and we're able to easily use it with our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and utilize it as a tool to help ensure accuracy through our ticketing software (FareHarbor) especially for private groups and custom packages.

Their customer support is super helpful and friendly and I like that they bring a little humor to their chat support, too. It's also been nice to get communications from their leadership in our inbox. The emails are a quick read and have offered some good insights and jogged some good ideas while we're in our project mode season (off-season).

What do you dislike about Proposify?

What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proposify solves issues we used to have with consistency in content & pricing. It saves us time by have ready made pages that we've created instead of having to reinvent the wheel for every guest. Proposals used to take us up to 30-60 minutes to build. Now we're sending out proposals in under 10 minutes (usually in 3-5 for simple proposals). It's also ensuring our client and our team are on the same pages. Changes are made live in the proposal so the most recent version is the one we're all seeing & using. Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.

What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.

We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr has transformed our sales team’s workflow. Previously, we relied on a manual process, taking screenshots of spreadsheets and uploading them to Canva to create our proposals. Now, with Qwilr, we simply input the products into Salesforce, and everything is generated with the click of a button. It has been incredibly helpful to have the proposals ready before a demo, allowing us to show potential clients the pricing right away. Implementation was super easy and only took a few hours to really understand how to use. I create multiple proposals every day the amount of time I'm saving is amazing. Qwilr is addressing the time it takes to create proposals. Previously, it would take over 30 minutes to create a proposal, but now it only takes a maximum of 5 minutes.

We used to download our proposals as PDFs and upload them to another system to send for e-signature. Now, I can simply copy the link and send it directly to the client. Not too much. It is one of my vendors that I am very happy with. If I had to have a suggestion, it would be on the savable templates. They are not editable in a way that streamlines our processes, so we generally have to create a brand new template or deal with the way its done. (add a line in the template at the top for alphabetical purposes vs. having to add at bottom). Also, I wish there were more customizable workflows. We have to manually select the workflows b/c we have many managers for similar invoices. I wish we could have workflow templates we could select vs. having to manually add approvers. Cant work on the original source doc outside of Loopio for the bits that arent suitable to be loaded in until youve exported everything out, have o wait to export all responses in Loopio to be able to then do the other bits. Some word docs and spreadsheets we receive arent always suitable format wise to go in to Loopio making it hard to load them in and fully work in Loopio and not have to do things after exporting. We’ve had a great experience using EBizCharge for both ACH and credit card processing. The integration with our system was quick and easy, allowing us to start accepting payments with minimal setup time. Since going live, we’ve been receiving payments from our customers on a daily basis, which has greatly improved our cash flow and overall efficiency.

What do you like best about Ignition?

Creating the proposals are easy, and the syncing of client data is Great.

The fact that I can save my templates/proposal, duplicate etc, makes it very user friendly.

I would like the approval function to be made available on all packages.

Payments are not available in my country, so at least other perks would be nice without having to pay that extra or upgrade the package.

If a proposal is created, and the service library was updated subsequently, I would like a notification that the proposal is not linked to the updated version of the service library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?
