800 Qwilr Reviews

Qwilr has transformed our sales team’s workflow. Previously, we relied on a manual process, taking screenshots of spreadsheets and uploading them to Canva to create our proposals. Now, with Qwilr, we simply input the products into Salesforce, and everything is generated with the click of a button. It has been incredibly helpful to have the proposals ready before a demo, allowing us to show potential clients the pricing right away. Implementation was super easy and only took a few hours to really understand how to use. I create multiple proposals every day the amount of time I'm saving is amazing. The only drawback of Qwilr I have encountered is that products uploaded from Salesforce do not automatically sort into separate categories (hardware vs. software), but categorizing them within the proposal is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qwilr provides a user-friendly interface that's easy to get to grips with. It's drag and drop block Proposal creation makes things simple, along with enough customisation to make each template your own. It's intuitive initial set-up also establishes brand colours early on to save you time on your first few templates. I really appreciate the flexibility of the design in addition to the freedom it gives both the creators and recipients of Proposals, as it includes options for recipients to adjust certain elements should you allow it. We've had a lot of positive feedback over the years we've been using Qwilr, above all being how professional it looks, and has been a key tool in making us stand out from our competition. There could be more freedom with the layout and formatting of blocks. The wide setting makes a minimal difference to the spacing of block contents, so I feel as if a slider to adjust this could be a welcomed improvement. Another issue we've had is when a client accepts by mistake, there is no way to reverse the acceptance on our side, instead we have to clone and re-issue. Not too much of an issue, but it does require a few extra steps which could be avoided if they could simply access the revived Proposal on the same live link. We use Qwilr for just about everything. Quotes, proposals, service completion advice, instructional user guides, and credential correspondence. It's so versatile and brilliant that it is a live document that you manage as things change so clients always have the correct information, not outdated PDFs.
The proposal I dare say help us win more business, not only are they beautiful and impressive, but they make it easy for the customer to build their own service and accept the proposal quickly and easily.
Their customer support is also incredible, very quick response time and help is just an email away.
We love Qwilr! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real downsides. Just a few little things usability-wise that bug me at times, but I cannot even think of them now, so pretty insignificant. And it is always being improved so the bug generally get fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creative capabilities, ease of use. Whenever I have questions, it's very easy to reach out to the support team and they email you with their response so you don't have to wait to receive help. The support team also have a great attitude in helping you with what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be difficult to move widgets around at times, but I like that it doesn't need a learning curve to start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love Qwilr! It’s hands down the best solution out there for creating stunning proposals, sales documents, and client presentations. The ease of use, the beautiful templates, and the interactive features make it stand out from anything else I’ve tried.
What really sets Qwilr apart is how professional and engaging the documents look. Instead of sending boring PDFs, I can create sleek, web-based proposals that impress clients and increase conversions. Plus, the built-in analytics and e-signature features make the entire sales process seamless.
If you're looking for a tool that makes your proposals feel high-end and modern while saving you time, Qwilr is the way to go. Highly recommend! 🚀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like them to add a function that makes it SUPEr easy for me to make proposals fit the prospect. Like a template where I only change variables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At RedPandas, we’re big believers in the power of pageantry—it’s not just about what you sell or how good you are, but how you sell. Qwilr helps us stand out by transforming our proposals into engaging, visually compelling experiences.
Because it's fully digital, Qwilr reinforces our positioning as an innovative, forward-thinking company. Sending a static PDF or Word doc just doesn’t compare. Instead of a traditional, lifeless document, Qwilr allows us to showcase our proposals in a way that reflects our brand’s modern approach.
Beyond aesthetics, Qwilr makes it easy to create templates, ensuring our entire team can send out professional, high-quality proposals quickly and efficiently. It streamlines our process while keeping our presentations impressive and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Qwilr is an incredibly powerful tool, getting the automations set up does take a bit of configuration. It's not necessarily plug-and-play, but with the right setup, it’s absolutely possible to get everything working smoothly. Once configured, the automation features are a great time-saver, but there’s definitely a little bit of a learning curve upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tracking and notification system, makes it easy to know if clients have opened the proposal. Along with the expiry system to mean that qoutes aren't left out in the wild for years after they were valid.
System is really easy to use and set up. Especially for a wide team, meaning I just update the template and the whole team has the new pricing so they can use it on all of their quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The export to PDF function, doesnt leave our style of templates particaully pretty, but that's mostly as we have a lot of videos and images, which don't print well! Most people use it online, so is a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Qwilr for about a year to write proposals and manage contracts for our clients. We have almost completely gotten rid of DocuSign in our sales cycle, even with our most enterprise customers. It allows us to get our point across with great visuals, and a web native interface. Analytics are fantastic: you can see who is looking at the proposal, which sections, and for how long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the Hubspot integration stands to improve: log page views into the CRM. Make it easier to associate written proposals with deals. Sync more information back.
They continue to add more functionality into the editor. I feel like there are ways that it can improve: use Gen AI to analyze my past proposals to suggest text in my new ones, allow more detailed data collection than just the basic forms tool at the bottom. My favorite things about Qwilr
-Strong HubSpot integration
-Being our contract, proposal and payment collection tool all in one
-Being able to be consistent with our look and brand
-Easy to use, great customer support and personable team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-May not be best suited (at this moment) for smaller orgs that use Salesforce given -their higher tier plan is what gets you that intergation
-If you prefer a docusign/dropbox sign vibe that is an upload of text to just have signatures over something that you can build out to be a full on proposal/want to emphasis the asthetics then might not be the best fit for you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qwilr has completely transformed the way we create and share proposals. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to design professional, on-brand proposals without any design expertise.
What truly sets Qwilr apart, though, is its seamless integration with HubSpot. With just a few clicks, I can pull in contact, company and deal details from HubSpot, and Qwilr automatically personalizes our proposal decks. This automation saves us hours of proposal writing while ensuring every proposal feels tailored and professional.
It's also helpful to track engagement through HubSpot after the proposal is sent. Knowing when a client has viewed the proposal, how much time they’ve spent on each section, and whether they’ve accepted or signed off is invaluable for improving follow-up strategies.
Overall, Qwilr is a must-have tool for anyone looking to create polished proposals while streamlining their workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially, the design templates were a little restrictive, with limited options for font customization and color schemes, which can be challenging for teams requiring extensive branding flexibility. Exporting proposals to PDF can occasionally disrupt the page layout, leading to formatting issues that may require extra time to fix.
However, the customer service team at Qwilr provided us with the support during implementation to ensure that our design team could create proposal templates that accounted for these constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
