What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like about Google Workspace is the Ease of Use. It provides many applications which is having very simple user experiences that can be customized per user needs. I uses workspace apps like GMAIL, MEET, CHAT, CALENDER, CHAT, SLIDES, SHEETS etc. daily and I am very happy with the customer support Google is providing for the workspace apps. One main attraction is the pricing of Workspace apps which is lower that the competitors. This integrated ecosystem enhances collaboration significantly—several team members can modify documents simultaneously, set up meetings right away, and save or share files with ease. What do you like best about Calendly?

Huge time saver: No more endless back-and-forth emails trying to find a good meeting time. I just share my link, and clients pick a slot—boom, it’s scheduled and added to my calendar instantly. That’s a productivity win any day. I love being able to connect several calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) and automatically embed Zoom links. It keeps everything synced and conflict-free. Time-zone detection, buffer windows between meetings, automated reminders — it all combines to keep my day on track and noise-free. What do you dislike about Calendly?

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby. What do you like best about Envoy Visitors?

We have had this software at our business for several years. It has many features that have proved very helpful for us. We have used the visitor sign-in information for fire and severe weather protocols to make sure everyone is accounted for, we have used the reports to determine how often a vendor is here, to track times that a vendor was here to confirm if they were involved in a questionable activity, to make sure after-hours delivery people showed up, and to find the exact name of a visitor to send them correspondence. As a front desk person, it is very helpful to identify the exact name of who is visiting, their company and let their sign-in info notify whom they are visiting. The only problem I find is having to keep an eye on things to make sure vendors are signed out if they fail to do so when they leave. The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I think Zoom is remarkably easy and intuitive to use. I enjoy all of the features it has to offer like chat you can access even after a call has ended, the collaboration tools like the whiteboard, and the calendar integrations. Getting set up on Zoom is remarkably simple, if you use Google Workspace, you can simply sign in using your Google account. The in call features are really hard to match with other software, the virtual backgrounds, the appearance fixing, the lighting adjustments, and keeping you center are all really really valuable. Then there's the various ways you can participate in calls, sending emojis, live chat, raising your hand, sending reactions, applause, etc... Finally, the way users are able to administer their calls; establishing a waiting room, muting all participants, requiring cameras to be on. Even outside of calls, the administrative dashboard offers very helpful insights to how your organization is using the software. No implementation required to set up. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The one thing I wish Zoom did better was integrate with Google Calendar. The updates between the two programs are slow and often, details from a Google Calendar meeting won't make it into Zoom. The integration works really well when you schedule a Zoom meeting form within Google but I would like that same information to be available in Zoom when I open it. What do you like best about Userpilot?

We were looking for a product to help our end users become more autonomous. The flows and spotlights available within UserPilot made it super simple to guide our end users through complete workflows so they could do their own configurations in our system. This helped to alleviate the administrative burden on our implementation team, as we were able to direct the end user to a flow and through muscle memory, the end user was able to complete the flow, remember the steps, or return to the flow as many times as needed until they got the hang of the setup steps. Once we implemented the flows and spotlights all throughout our system, we expanded to additional pages where we felt the same guided user experience would be helpful. After 6 months of using UserPilot we have found so many use cases where UserPilot has been helpful. We now use it for multiple teams including Learning and Development, Training, Product Releases, System status updates, and more. Not to mention, it was incredibly easy for us to setup on our own. We did not need to reach out to a customer success manager or go through a lengthy onboarding process with UserPilot. The features were easy to implement on our own and worked seemlessly with our platform. Support has also been awesome. We actually implemented LiveChat within our own company after using it with UserPilot and it being a successful way to get support from a live agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Analytics are a little hard to understand and how to create and track events that occur. I have been successful at creating and tracking pages, but I have not fully dove into the analytics and how to use them to understand how our user-base is adopting our platform. This is not at the fault of UserPilot. The resources are there, we just haven't really had the time to look at them. What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted our end users to be more autonomous in their configurations within our platform. Flows and spotlights have allowed us to create self-guided user experiences that can be used over and over again to educate our end users on how to achieve a certain goal. This has saved our team time from having to complete setup on behalf of our customers and has enabled the end-user to own their configuration and make changes as needed. We also needed a better way to store our educational material. We were using Google Drive and did not want to purchase an expensive learning management platform so the Resource Center has been a great option to make our content readily available to our customer base. We have recently started using Flows and Banners on the product side to introduce new products and features, highlight our release notes, and announce if we are experience an issue with our platform and when the issue has been resolved. This has been incredibly helpful as we are able to reach our entire customer base within a tool that they use daily, and we are able to see analytics on how many people have seen the announcement to begin to understand reach. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is a useful, well polished (and mature) product. It's very customizable for surveys - each question can be customized to present the user with the most concise options. Branching logic means that irrelevant sections can be skipped for particular users based on responses, making for a more concise user experience and better completion rate. Also, the ability to validate responses for participants by a number of different methods (code/email/etc) is vital to our particular use case. QuestionPro has been vital in rapidly deploying feedback surveys, detailed questionaires, and even voting ballots. Once you know how to work with it, there's a whole host of ways it can be useful. We've only had a couple of times where we've used their customer support, but it's been top notch each time - not only did they fix my issue, but I was left with a clear understanding of how to avoid the issue in the future. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

What I like most about Mentimeter is being able to create activities with real-time feedback with my students and still keep them anonymous. This helps them contribute to the creation of word clouds, answer and ask questions without the intimidation of being seen. Another very valuable thing is that we can keep the construction hidden, even while showing the slide. What do you dislike about Mentimeter?

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use Waitwhile a few times a year, when we vend at festivals/expos, and it works great! It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. The setup is simple, and they're constantly improving and making thins even easier to use. Any time we've had an issue or question, the support team has been quick and friendly to help. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first started vending at festivals and expos, we were writing down the name and phone number of people to create a waiting list and then manually texting them when it was their turn. This was tedious and time consuming, and on the rare occasion we would make an error in the number we were texting. Waitwhile made it easy to collect even more data for the guest much faster, including the service(s) they wanted to receive, and the notification process became much simpler by just clicking a button. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I mean, Outlook is a stable in the business world. I don't know anyone who uses Outlook for personal use. Since I joined the workforce after college, I have used nothing but Outlook in every single job I have had. It's something easy to use and no matter the updates or changes they make, it's something you can still figure out easily without much help as a user. It's reliable and dependable. It integrates easily with other tools. Currently, I have an older version and tbh, I'm not crazy about it but I also know if the company decides to upgrade, the newer version is much better. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I dislike about Outlook are the changes with upgrades. You spend an hour letting your computer upgrade and then you jump in and everything is so different. Why go from one extreme to another? Sometimes when I create rules, that can get a little tangled. I've seen that in a few different roles- the rules don't always catch and even after restarting, you still need to get IT involved and it's usually some weird nuance button you have to click to make things works and it's just so stupid. The "rules" can be so simple sometimes and then so complicated other times. Also, if I have a meeting on the calendar and then delete it, it still shows up in my notification summary. Why? It's no longer on the calendar. Little things like that can get annoying. Considering how many updates and upgrades they are constantly doing, the little things get forgotten about.
