What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

In my opinion, being able to manage everything on the cloud now has made using TCP so much better. The importing and exporting features make mass changes a breeze. Support is alwasy very helpful and can ussually pinppoint where the issue is rather quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Overall, I have no dislike of TCP. It works as it is intended for; however, sometimes, those do not align correctly with a school district. It has been a struggle as each district is unique and does not simply fit in the same box as the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You can't go wrong with you Time management using TCP Software"

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The program is so easy to use and the employees love it. It was so easy to integrate from the start. We went from paper timesheets to all on the computer in no time at all.

It allows the employees to clock in or out, and they know exaclty how much time they have accured or available to use instantanously.

The employees have a link on their computer and can easily clock in or out. Some of the employees even have it setup on their phone so they can clock in or out with out needing their computer, which is an additional feature that make is well worth while.

It allows complete customization no matter what you workflow is, you can make TCP fit you business needs.

From a management point of view I don't have to worry about keeping accurate records for any of the employees time. I never have to worry if something is miscaluated or added incorrectly, it is all handled. from start to finish.

The software was very easy to setup, we went from a local on-prem platform to a full cloud implementation without any issues.

Their tech support was right by our side during the implementation process and we were up and going in no time. Customer service is always there to provide a hand, no matter if it is just a simple question or ends up being something they have to take ownership of and work to help figure out the best solution. What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

TCP software helps to solve a number of problesm right out of the box.

It accuratly tracks and records when a person is on the clock.

It allows employeeds to easily clock in or clock out with out being a hinderance.

It allows rules to be created and setup to track anytime of time you want(sick, vaction, comp, PTO)

It is full customizable so rules can be setup for what ever the stituation might be.

It handles and keeps track of all the things that are involed with FMLA and allows complete documentation for each case.

I am a farily new user to TCP. I have reached out to Customer Sercvice several times with questions. They have ALWAYS been quick with a helpful response. With so many employees to manage in the system, it has been very nice to have the TCP team so attentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The only thing I wish it could do is set up alerts when employees do not punch in for a schedule work day or send me an alert when an employee has entered leave for x amount of times during a certain period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

As someone who was not as familiar with time clocks and time sheets, TCP was quick to assist with understanding how to set up my employees with the right requirements. They were even able to talk me through custom reporting and requests.

The ease of the clock in system itself. Its very simple to navigate and allows emplyees to see their totals and where they maybe messed up so that leaves less work on the human resources end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP customer service is quick to respond, however I have received answers for my questions or why something isn't doing what it should and the answer is always "you have to pay more for that." A few times I was told on the phone that it would be fixed the next day, then received an email about whether we wanted the upgrades to go on the same card on file. There is no clear line on what our system can and cannot do in the tier we pay for, in my experience and opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy working with TCP TimeClock Plus because of its simplicity. This software is easy to configure for each of our clients and streamlined for our users which is very important.
