What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP keeps track of who's coming and going and when. We used to use timesheets and it was too easy to pad hours. There's no way with TCP and geofence! And their customer service is EXCELLENT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a lot of upfront work, but that's to be expected. Their online help topics could be a little more detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a major problem with people paddng hours on their timesheets. The only way you can pad hours on TCP with geofence set up is you have to go to your home location to clock in then come back to clock out. That's too much of a hassle for our employees. They're coming in on time now because they know what they put on that clock directly effects how much they put in their pocket come pay day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP has several great features that we are using. We have multiple funding streams, and this software can accurately allocate time between single or multiple programs. We also love how easy it is for employees to view and request time off. And the very best part is a great customer support team. They are knowledgeable and the response time is fantastic. You can call slupport as frequenly as needed. Always the same day!! It has been easy to implement into our agency. It is easy to integrate with QuickBooks software. We utilize the dashboard daily to check who is signed in for work or missing. We are so thankful we found such a great product when we needed to move away for paper timekeeping. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What I would like to see changed and improved is the "Weekly Close" option. We end our monthly pay period on the twentieth day of the month, which varies each month. And the system will only allow us to close at the end of the week. Which means that most months I am unable to close all the days for which I am processing payroll for.
