What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the ability to be aware of inconsistent clock times and helps us in breaking down the time spent in different work areas. We are able to break out the time spent on different programs allowing us to charge those programs accordingly. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I have been using TCP for approximately 2 years. This product is easy to use. When emplementated, the trainer was patient and explained thoroughly. Their customer support department is easily accessed and uses questions as a training opportunity. There are a number of features offered and our company utilizes the majority of these. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

There are a few functions that would make TCP nicer since we are specific to charging to the department worked, which TCP does very great, BUT the downside is when we have employees that work in multiple departments and the head of the departments want the OT to go to the secondary not the primary department. We've tried a few fixes but nothing that fixes the issue completely because of the fact that we are a 24/7 facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The management side of TCP is the weakset part of the system. There are often lots of menus and navigation can be difficult. I will say that they ahve improved this significatly in the last few years. It's not perfect, but it is getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
