What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The reports that I can run are my favorite. TCP website is very very easy to use. It is so nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

It does take awhile to get all things set up, time consuming. However, once you have all the information inputted, it is very very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

At this point the only issue I have is that I cannot use my current clocks Biometric feature. It apparently does not work with the current program we are running. I was told this would not be an issue while going through the change over, however, that is not the case. There has been no solution to this problem except to purchase new clocks. So really the issue has yet to be resovled since I was told the clocks would work and they will not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TimeClock Plus by TCP:

TCP has an accommodating support team that was quick to get me started. Once I moved around the PC view, it was easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

TCP auto-calculates the employee time and vacation/sick time, which was a timely process every week. The employee can also track their time and PTO without having to request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The best feature is that it is customizable as group set up but then even better is that it can then be customized down to a single employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Wish weeks could close based on payrolls schedule for example if it's a semi-monhtly payroll the week could close on that semi-monthy date instead of weekly date, and wish there was a better audit trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can work on payroll from anywhere. That is really about all I like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We are a law enfocement agency and the software cannot be configured to correctly compute overtime hours on a holiday. I used ADP prior and had no problems. It is also a very labor intensive program. This requires so many more steps and manual adjustments and overrides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with PrismHR. Informative responses from CSR with follow up. The guide being available for quick reference. Menu formatting and ease of Dashboard editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Most utilized reports do not include ability for section totals (dept, div, sup) nor grand totals at end of report. Integration w/Prism does not include flow of supervisor grouping. Need better ability to group EE's with sups. Fine tuning of the recurring schedules process. Posting of set holidays does not initiate prior to day of holiday. I want flexibility of when to post it to timesheets. There is no supervisor mobile app version available. The Split Segment module does not automatically come with initial spin up.
