At times when there is overtime and I run my daily headcount report. It does not separate straight time over time and I have to do it manually. which is very time consuming. I have to call CS to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up is rough but once you have it how you want it, the system does run pretty smooth. And having assistance by phone is great as I have not had great response by chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The clocks will "go down" occationally which causes employees to panic and blow up my phone/email. The system will come back online and the punches will record any operations performed while in fall back mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
