What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

we have been using TimeClock Plus for years and it suits us very well - I love the app so that everyone can clock in via their phones. I can create reports that work for our needs easily and share with other users; Support is great, they respond in a timely manner and are very helpfulIntegrates with our software (Shelby Next) makes running payroll a breeze - easy to setup employees and to manage time. All in all I am pleased with TimeClock Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I wish that it worked on multiple payroll cycles - we are Semi Monthly (24) and it's on a weekly basis. PTO I would like to see it based on either hours or days (we use days so I have to calculate to hours - not a big deal but somewhat confusing - employees aren't updated until I close the week and since we're on different cycles sometimes I have several weeks to close at one time leaving the potential for someone to go over their alloted time off. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP has made reviewing time a more straightforward process, we are able to review all time in a fast and easy weekly routine. They have lots of helpful training documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The email system is incompatible with our security with microsoft office emails. It takes a while for enhancements to come from development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Quite a wide variety of features, very helpful when working directly over the phone with a support person.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The response time and likelihood of response from an account manager is not very good. I attribute this to understaffing or poor management in that area.

Also, the tools to get support through online means are somewhat lacking.

But, like I said, once you get someone on the phone in either area, then things start going quite smoothly and they are *very* helpful. Which really tells me that any issues I've had with response times or lack of response is a result of under-staffing. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The completely web based manager and user portals are mostly user friendly. Has some nice feature for web clock and scheduling. Canned reports are functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Not ideal for 24 hours companies as they do maintenance that prevents users from clocking in/out during peak punch times (11 pm specifically) The employee list is too narrow to see the full employee name and can't be changed, retroactive schedule changes do not update the timesheet for rounding purposes. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Vacation processing is super slick in TCP. All peramiters are auto sorted and with the limits set is clear how many people can be approved for a given day and who should be denied.

Another great feature is the easy viewing of schedules. Wondering if a particular staff is working, within seconds you can see when that individual works and what hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The speed that th system processes can take some time especially on high volume days. Also, the autofill and publishing features need improvement. If these two features worked the way that they were intended I would give teh system a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Teams take too long to set up the system and did not know how. I had to hire another software programer to give them the codes to get the clock with out Accounting software which i was assured it would with with their system.

I started working with TCP in April and I still do not have one report I requested. They said they Clock would work with Sage Accounting and not require any new programing but infact it cost another $6000.00 and a programer with Sage to get it to work. TCP is trying to raise the price for implementation they what they quoted me. I do not agree with their time and do not agree to pay any additional fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP TimeClock Plus is very easy to navigate. Easy to review punches and PTO hours. It's a huge plus that someone is always available to assist with questions I may have and give a thourough explanation and/or instructions if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The staff was excellent at discussing with us how to fine-tune the various options to what we needed. It was terrific to have spoken conversations / Zoom calls during this setup process so we could immediately ask each other follow-up questions instead of emailing back and forth. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I wish the GPS tracking would be tighter & more accurate for checking the students' locations when clocking in. We would open up the geofence to almost a whole block yet sometimes the TCP system would not recognize our students' devices as being inside the geofence - even though I was sitting in the clinic parking lot next to them. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We love the Contract Module as we have Hourly employees on Annualized Contracts. This module works with the School ERP Pro software to make sure we don't overpay these employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
