What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I am able to plot my schedules in all of our sites (NL, Manila, USA), in all teams. I get confused with all the names so I use color coding scheme and Humanity got that option so it's a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Lots of options for easy scheduling, ability to create multiple schedules at a time. Lots of options for different types of leave to be recorded and the reports provided are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Very easy to organize and pull the data from multiple locations. I liked the fact that it was easy to perform and monitor any of the schedule tasks, while tracking various employees and their shifts. Easy navigation required to get to the specific or multiple locations, not to mention tracking individual schedules, shifts and PTO.

It has good communicaiton and reporting interface and provides simple data exports. The reporting datga is easy to integrate with various software applicaitons to create meaninful reports and dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I have not experienced any issues, except when my user access was downgraded. However, the Humanity customer service was able to investigage all the issues and provide a workable soluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can contact support via chat and have help immediately. They are quick to return with a response to get any issues resolved. They have really been able to herlp me with individualized probelms or find solutions that work with my employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with PrismHR. Informative responses from CSR with follow up. The guide being available for quick reference. Menu formatting and ease of Dashboard editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Most utilized reports do not include ability for section totals (dept, div, sup) nor grand totals at end of report. Integration w/Prism does not include flow of supervisor grouping. Need better ability to group EE's with sups. Fine tuning of the recurring schedules process. Posting of set holidays does not initiate prior to day of holiday. I want flexibility of when to post it to timesheets. There is no supervisor mobile app version available. The Split Segment module does not automatically come with initial spin up.
