What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

What do you like best about Aladtec by TCP?

Our office was using an exel sheet, print and put up, but when someone took off, we had more Highlighted areas and it was confusing because the schedule changed weekly if not daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aladtec by TCP?

trying to figure out the repeats and rotations. I needed the TCP staff to assist Me with this and at times it was hard to explain our schedules. I had worked with Javaid on several occassions and he was excellent. He listened and help me learn the program as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The completely web based manager and user portals are mostly user friendly. Has some nice feature for web clock and scheduling. Canned reports are functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Not ideal for 24 hours companies as they do maintenance that prevents users from clocking in/out during peak punch times (11 pm specifically) The employee list is too narrow to see the full employee name and can't be changed, retroactive schedule changes do not update the timesheet for rounding purposes. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What I like most about TCP TimeClock Plus is the simplicity of using the software. There are a great number of features available and it is an easy system to configure and manage employee time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Vacation processing is super slick in TCP. All peramiters are auto sorted and with the limits set is clear how many people can be approved for a given day and who should be denied.

Another great feature is the easy viewing of schedules. Wondering if a particular staff is working, within seconds you can see when that individual works and what hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The speed that th system processes can take some time especially on high volume days. Also, the autofill and publishing features need improvement. If these two features worked the way that they were intended I would give teh system a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Teams take too long to set up the system and did not know how. I had to hire another software programer to give them the codes to get the clock with out Accounting software which i was assured it would with with their system.

I started working with TCP in April and I still do not have one report I requested. They said they Clock would work with Sage Accounting and not require any new programing but infact it cost another $6000.00 and a programer with Sage to get it to work. TCP is trying to raise the price for implementation they what they quoted me. I do not agree with their time and do not agree to pay any additional fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The best thing about TCP is it is very easy to access and notify you time to time about your upcoming shifts and the so many features tell you about many things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

According to me there is nothing now that I dislike about TCP humanity. once I faced freezing of the humanity but it resolved easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP TimeClock Plus is very easy to navigate. Easy to review punches and PTO hours. It's a huge plus that someone is always available to assist with questions I may have and give a thourough explanation and/or instructions if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The staff was excellent at discussing with us how to fine-tune the various options to what we needed. It was terrific to have spoken conversations / Zoom calls during this setup process so we could immediately ask each other follow-up questions instead of emailing back and forth. What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I wish the GPS tracking would be tighter & more accurate for checking the students' locations when clocking in. We would open up the geofence to almost a whole block yet sometimes the TCP system would not recognize our students' devices as being inside the geofence - even though I was sitting in the clinic parking lot next to them. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

TCP is user friendly and easy to implement. Online support is excellent, response times are less than 1 minute and what is great is they follow up after the event. The support provides answers regarding how to use, they also listen to new ideas and suggestions to improve the end users interaction with the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
