What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I love that Humanity has so many options to show how payroll breaks down, how it works, etc. It's user friendly and easy for both management and staff to use. I've worked with other scheduling apps in the past and this one has been the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I don't have any major complaints about Humanity. The only thing I would suggest is a warning or flag about working potentially into overtime as I've noticed a lot of people not clocking out and not realizing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I like that when we have questions we have support right away. I like the features that TCP has that allows us to preset holidays. I like how we can view and track comp time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The management side of TCP is the weakset part of the system. There are often lots of menus and navigation can be difficult. I will say that they ahve improved this significatly in the last few years. It's not perfect, but it is getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

we have been using TimeClock Plus for years and it suits us very well - I love the app so that everyone can clock in via their phones. I can create reports that work for our needs easily and share with other users; Support is great, they respond in a timely manner and are very helpfulIntegrates with our software (Shelby Next) makes running payroll a breeze - easy to setup employees and to manage time. All in all I am pleased with TimeClock Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I wish that it worked on multiple payroll cycles - we are Semi Monthly (24) and it's on a weekly basis. PTO I would like to see it based on either hours or days (we use days so I have to calculate to hours - not a big deal but somewhat confusing - employees aren't updated until I close the week and since we're on different cycles sometimes I have several weeks to close at one time leaving the potential for someone to go over their alloted time off. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The email system is incompatible with our security with microsoft office emails. It takes a while for enhancements to come from development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Quite a wide variety of features, very helpful when working directly over the phone with a support person.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The response time and likelihood of response from an account manager is not very good. I attribute this to understaffing or poor management in that area.

Also, the tools to get support through online means are somewhat lacking.

But, like I said, once you get someone on the phone in either area, then things start going quite smoothly and they are *very* helpful. Which really tells me that any issues I've had with response times or lack of response is a result of under-staffing. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like how easy it is to put in unavailability. I've used other scheduling systems that make it somewhat difficult. Humanity is simple enough that you can plug it in quickly. Also, I really like the "all day" check-box when plugging in unavailability. This makes it much quicker than having to manually set times if I know I'll be unavailable all day.

I like the visual display of shifts and color coding for different locations that I work at.

I like that I can use it on a website. My previous job made me download HotSchedules on my phone, which was annoying. I prefer to use my computer when I can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The new ShiftPlanning menu seems a bit unnecessary. It looks the same as the Legacy menu, but you see everyone's schedule by default. In the Legacy menu, there's still an option to see other people's schedule, so I don't see why it's necessary to see everyone's schedule by default. I hope the Legacy ShiftPlanning menu doesn't go away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Reporting is pretty decent, scheduling is ok, bit could be more user friendly. Overall the platform has served its purpose, but doesn't go above and beyond what our needs are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

App is not user friendly, online platform navigation is clunky and difficult to teach to new hires. Reporting, although decent once you figure it out, takes awhile to get to what you actually need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
