What do you like best about Aladtec by TCP?

What I like most about the TCP Aladtec is the customer service. If I need anything, any time or day, Aladtec is always quick to respond. TCP Aladtec is also very user friendly and allows you to do many different things when making a schedule for the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aladtec by TCP?

The one thing that I dont like about TCP Aladtec is the editing. Once a schedule has been implemeted, its hard to edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

I have been using TCP for approximately 2 years. This product is easy to use. When emplementated, the trainer was patient and explained thoroughly. Their customer support department is easily accessed and uses questions as a training opportunity. There are a number of features offered and our company utilizes the majority of these. There is a remarkable degree of flexibility in assigning roles and different shift types/timings. Automatic notifications about shift changes are very helpful. What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?
