I hate that we can't select locations when we report on payroll. It causes us so much extra work and is such a simple fix for humanity. They used to have it and now they took it away but they have the check boxes for employees. Terrible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TCP Humanity scheduling has excellent customer support. Having utilized all of the major WFM solutions, I can say that Humanity is simple to deploy and administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

While new features are great, it seems like they are sometimes implemented before they are fully ready resulting in some errors. Also, the Humanity API doesn't work very well with ADP timecard sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've experienced some gliches along the way. We've noticed that employees who's Humanity account has been disabled is suddenly activated again. We had 2 instances where an employee's account was re-actived and they appeared on the schedule box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
