What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Timeclock is so easy to use. The chat for help has been convenient and makes it easy to obtain answers. When we were setting up the import of timesheets to our system the people that we worked with made it an extremely smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aladtec by TCP?

I like that it keeps track of holidays and automically calulates accrued time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aladtec by TCP?

I think it is more of a learning curve and less of an issue, but if a shift starts at midnight it gets confusing. We are going to start everyone at 11pm staring in 2024.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Humanity is one of the best applications that we have at work. With Humanity, we were able to monitor our scheduling. We can easily apply for leave and even schedule swaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up is rough but once you have it how you want it, the system does run pretty smooth. And having assistance by phone is great as I have not had great response by chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The clocks will "go down" occationally which causes employees to panic and blow up my phone/email. The system will come back online and the punches will record any operations performed while in fall back mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like being able to create shift templates and repeating shifts, and schedule the same person for multiple repeating shifts. I also like the report feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It's pretty clunky. I wish there was a feature that let me click on a shift and easily duplicate it for a different day -- the repeating shift feature works for shifts that repeat for a long time, but is too time consuming for shifts that repeat for a short time (eg, just 3 days). It feels like I have to do a lot of clicking and waiting for things to load, in order to make very minor edits. I also wish there was an easy way to split shifts in half (I believe this is a feature for some users, but I've been unable to get access to it, despite being a scheduler). I have the scheduler role but my access to different features is very limited, and I feel they should be accessible to everyone with a scheduler role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
