What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

TCP Humanity Scheduling makes it easy to see at a glance who on your team is working and in what capacity. The ability to assign multiple roles to one person then assign these on a shift by shift basis brings clarity to a complicated rotational schedule that all parties are able to view and understand. What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Adding an employees leave can be a bit of a slow process in that you need to click into another area to do this. Our company uses another software for payroll and leave requests so creating leave in TCP Humanity Scheduling is purely about blocking out an employees unavailable dates in the roster, therefore being able to do this from the scheduling tab would be much quicker. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We primarly use TCP when we have a Client who needs Job Costing. We have found that TCP offers a really good way for Clients to manage their various Jobs and Stages of Jobs in order to provide them with important data based on their employees clocking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Because there are so may features, it is sometimes a bit cumbersome when changes need to be made to just a few employees or things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I impress that TCP Humanity Scheduling has its own mobile application that employees can check their schedule easily from anywhere. It has remove our previous issues of overscheduling and inaccurate schdule time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No negetive reviews. Me and my colleagues enjoy using this application and has no issues with it. We have encounter some bugs with lunch time tools, but has been quickly fixed by the developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It is easy and intuitive to use , the design of the app is great. It has the core features I am looking for in a scheduling app. I use it every day to publish my team's shifts, so I use it very frequently. Customer support is fast and willing to help. Because it is a cloud service it is easy to implement. I don't work with the integration but I am assuming it is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It can be buggy at times, specially the UI. The templates break at times. It lacks important features such as an easier way to add/delete shifts from the app itself, some sort of automation for it. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We started with TimeClock Plus in Sept., 2018. Up until TCP, we were receiving weekly time sheets faxed to us from 17 locations; about 100 employees, all hand-written. I LOVE being able to read the hours and the Notes! And, I can easily print reports for an individual, or a site. TCP is definitely User-Friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We were downloading hours into QuickBooks for a while. We quit because it took us just as long to go back through all of the hours to check and correct as it did to manually enter the hours into QB. What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It is so adaptable to many different companies. It does not take much training because the software is so easy to use.

Scheduling takes very little time to do! I use this software every day as well as our employees. All wrinkles are easily solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I don't like having to change the times on the templates but I think I learned how to do that today after the webinar.

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Easy to fix employee mistakes. So easy to manage times and the site is very user friendly. I had one issue logging in to the system customer support had me up and running in a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, being able to manage everything on the cloud now has made using TCP so much better. The importing and exporting features make mass changes a breeze. Support is alwasy very helpful and can ussually pinppoint where the issue is rather quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, I have no dislike of TCP. It works as it is intended for; however, sometimes, those do not align correctly with a school district. It has been a struggle as each district is unique and does not simply fit in the same box as the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
