What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Our Account Manager was able to program the product to meet our needs. They have the ability to turn options on or off to accomodate the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The system is not able to round weekly cummulative hours. It can only round each punch. I'd like each day hours to be raw then round the total hours at the end of the week. Maybe that's coming with new upgrades? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

TCP Humanity provide a great timetable and shift scheduler that is flexible and let the workers the option to reject or accept the schedule. They also can make amendment on the schedule and the manager can choose to approve or denied the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Integration with HRIS software is limited and only certain features can be import and export between the two application. I have no other issues with this software for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Love the easinest to auto-fill and auto-schedule management that create worker schedule by uing AI to predict and forecast how many staff that we would need based on the demand analysis. It reduce human workforce time by trying to anlyzed the data manually and to build the schedule from the scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Easy to use on desktop and mobile version.

Customer support is not as good since TCP bought out Aladtec. Prior to selling, Aladtec excelled in customer service. Seems like it is outsourced overseas now.
