What do you dislike about Aladtec by TCP?

What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We are just starting to use the mobil app which we love and is a greated added benefit. The ability to capture employee's photo when they clock in and out and the request manager is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

There isn't a really good way to track employees who call our of work or is a no call no show. We would like to have a daily calendar instead of the request manager that would be able to show absents better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

TCP Humanity scheduling has made managing multiple employees easy and efficient. Humanity has helped streamline scheduling and help monitor and reduce gaps in shift coverage. A constantly improving, yet simple UI, let's Humanity add all the bells and whistles we need without over complicating the experience. Humanity is something I use on a daily basis and was fairly simple to manage after integration. Customer support has also been of much assistance in the past. What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Sometimes Humanity takes long periods of times to load larger schedules. This can become a bit of an obstacle when jumping between tasks or reviewing different employee details in Humanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I can't see a history of the changes made to my schedule. My management team doesn't seem to know how to effectively use the tool; I still see employees who have left the company in the schedule. It would be good to be able to establish a company calendar for days off, the way the system is being used now, they schedule company days off as an event so it looks like a scheduled day in my schedule. We had a little struggle at first but we have gotten back in touch with support. They are working diligently to get everything smoothed out and working correctly for us. What do you like best about Aladtec by TCP?

The great thing is being able to look at my schedule as a whole, very easy to implement, and most of all great customer service. Daily we use many of the features of this product on a daily basis. The ability to go in every day and easily see who is working is great especially when as the Director we are not in the office. Such an easy program to use and integrate into our systems.
