Lifecyle manager has lots of useful reports and is easy to use. I mostly use the hardware and software reports. It integrates with ConnectWise manage / Automate so its easier to get hardware lists. The reports have all the detail most of us would need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like and its minor, is that you can setup automated reports to send monthly or quarterly to a client, I would like to be able to choose the frequency of when its sent. Add custom dates or a send Now option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has been a lifechanger in the warranty schedule and hardware replacement schedules. The roadmap is a great piece to hand to clients and it's easy to create. I check it daily, and frequerntly utilize it's reporting. The integrations are easy to set up between a lot of other vendors and they sync without worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative I can say about this platform is that it's not already a part of my RMM. If the Scalpad engine was baked into the cake of the other RMMs as opposed to the integration method, it would be an easy sell. Great software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
