It's not only an incredible value-add for them, but it's also another source of revenue generation for us!

On the downside, there can be occasional platform outages, and you might have to wait for the system to come back online. The new user interface can also feel a bit clunky, especially if you're used to the old one. Another challenge is that the integration with Connectwise for new clients can be tricky if the settings aren’t aligned correctly, so you need to double-check both systems to ensure everything’s in place. I enjoy using Scalepad LifeCycle Manager as it makes life easier when it comes to providing customers with a warranty/end of life report. Before we were using Lifecycle Manager would have to log into our RMM application manually, export a list of machines and obtain the warranties later, now with the intergration into our RMM, we can pull the data seamlessly and send this over to our customers to give them an insight into their business assets.
