I'll address only the disposal section as that is what I am familiar with. We love the fact that we can offer clients a free disposal program that sends a certificate of destruction. We can also dispose of the items for them in a very easy manner and be sure that they are getting properly disposed of and in a safe manner. It is a little hard to navigate the orders placed. I think it could really benefit from a filter/sort/search feature including things like 1. Order ID, 2. Date Created, 3. Company, 4. Status plus if there were a field we could fill out with identifying features that would be SO helpful so that we could find the order we need to check on status (Like a title or subject). Currently it is extremely difficult to go to the orders page and find the order you need. We are currently putting the order number in our ticket notes of disposal but that is not preferable.
Additonally, if you could find more easily by company - having a better way to identify company would be great. In placing a new order, it is very unclear how to specify which of our clients this device is from. It says "pickup and return address" however a lot of times that address is our company but it is not our company's device but one of our clients. I need it to be really obvious which client the device belongs to and where pickup/return address is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScalePad really simplifies the ITAD pipeline for our company. Instead of having to get devices back from our clients and then send them off somewhere else, we're able to send them a shipping label and let ScalePad take over from there. It also integrates easily with our other services, pulling in important data regarding warranty expirations, documentation errors, and other little details that are easy to miss. Lifecycle Manager easily integrated with all our assets from ConnectWise Manage, Automate, Meraki, SonicWall and more into a central console that we can see holistically what assets need attention and when. It has an easy to use interface and great reports, both visually and the data within. The onboarding team was very helpful in getting everything configured and setting us up for success.
