What do you like best about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

ScalePad Lifecycle Manager has been a game-changer for us. It gives our SMB clients a cost-effective way to extend the life of their hardware beyond manufacturer warranties, something that’s incredibly valuable when budgets are tight. The warranty extensions are seamless, and ScalePad fills the gap perfectly when vendor support runs out. On top of that, the platform’s integrations with our PSA and RMM tools streamline everything, saving us time while keeping clients protected. It’s added real value to both our service delivery and customer conversations. ScalePad has saved the day for many of our clients when there would have been nowhere else to turn! What do you like best about ScalePad Backup Radar?

Backup radar integrates with different backup solutions such as Veeam, Azure, AvePoint, ShadowCraft, etc. No matter what backup productions our customers are using, Backup Radar support them.

It gives me a centralized place to monitor and troubleshoot the backup issues. We don't need to spend time on login to every customers' backup portal and check them one by one. It's really easy to use.

It's easy to implement. In most case, you just need to set up an email notification sent to Backup Radar. Backup Radar will be all the rest things for you.

We also receive emails from Backup Radar daily for the backup summary. So we get a full picture of what was going on for backup tasks last night without logging to the Backup Radar portal.

It's also easy for us to generate reports for our customers weekly, monthly, etc. This saves us a lot of administrative effort, so we can focus on more important tasks.

Backup Radar gives us a centralised view of all our client backups, helping to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The automated ticketing and alerting system reduces manual checks and improves response time when something fails. What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?

The UI could be a bit more modern and responsive—it sometimes feels dated. Customising reports and alerts can also be a bit unintuitive, especially for new users. What do you like best about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

LifeCycle Manager makes it easy to see all your workstation information in a single view. Once you identify devices that have expired or expiring warranties you can easily add a third party warranty. And if the device is too old to renew you can quickly schedule it for recycling and disposal. Workstation data is pulled from your PSA, RMM, or both. If you know how to setup API accounts for your RMM and PSA the installation is super fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

I wish there was a way to map additional fields for workstations. For example, one of our RMM tools writes data into UDFs in our PSA, and LifeCycle Insights cannot read that data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalePad Backup Radar?

Backup Radar is easy to integrate with various backup solutions such as Azure, Veeam, ShadowCraft, Datto BCDR, AvePoint, and many more.

The key feature is that you can monitor the status of all clients (Success/Warning/Failure) and their current status from one portal.

I review all clients’ backup statuses daily, and whenever we need assistance, the support team is always available. Additionally, the last email received on Backup Radar can be reviewed directly on the Backup Radar portal without accessing the client VM or server.

Implementaion and use is very and stright forward. If any client’s backup fails, an email is sent to the respective email ID, and the failure status is also displayed on the Backup Radar all-client backup status page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Backup Radar?
