I love how easy it is to see all my customers assets at a glance and help them navigate repalcements. There are a ton of other features that I have not leveraged yet but hope to when I find time to dig into them. The scheduled reports are a life saver as well. I'm not sure there is anything I don't like about it. I guess I wish there were more integrations for things like Fortinet and other network devices. I see it does some Sonicwall and Cisco but expanding that would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ScalePad is helpful to identify hardware and software in an enviornment. It assists to report and keep business strategic lifecycle management on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to create a personalized default filter/view based on the criteria I would like to show my clients. This has to be done manually and filtered each time. It would be nice to have the automated reports functiallity be addressed with the customer view/filter created versus the default lifecycle hardware report.
For this reason I do not use the automated report to send out monthly or quarterly and do this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best thing about ScalePad is it helps us as an MSP and our clients know where their assets are in their lifecyle. The best thing ever is that they have a recyle option and now we no longer have those random computers laying around our office! They even plant a tree per computer you recycle! Love how environmentally aware they are. Everytime, and I mean everytime, I bring one of these reports to a client meeting I get immediate buy in from a client.
My account manager here is a rock star, shout out to Ashley! You are the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I don't think I have anything negative to say about Lifecycle Manager. If I had to say something I dislike that there isnt a dark mode option on the portal but that is a little picky... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the interface. It's very easy to navigate and the dashboard gives me huge insight as soon as I log in. If there are any issues with my account, the dashboard provides me with a link right on opening screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about the ScalePad Lifecycle Manager is that I can't collapse the navigation pane. I work from a small sized laptop and I would prefer if the developers would add a way to minimize (or turn the menu options into icons) the navigation pane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it integrates into our existing systems, the platform is deeper than what we use it for. The warranty coverage seems to be equivallent to direct to major brands but at a better cost helping us improve our bottom line. Profits pay for people, need to get paid, Scalepad helps at that level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to send the reporting to my clients every six months instead of every three. I also wish I could better customize what's being sent. I find the XLS document I can pull provides far more insight but I'd like to customize it and send it instead every month to many clients. Perhaps I need training. Also wish items that are in our hardware management (even if you can't sell warranty) could be listed in this platform so we could talk about hardware lifecycle end to end not just about what you offer coverage for. Very intuitive interface, easy to use, great support. We use it frequently to get the most updated status for our clients. Easy to integrate with leading RMM solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
lacking some features but they are open to hear from the customers and implement the requested changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to centrally report on our asset lifeycle has been a game-changer for our sales and account management team. We compared a number of products and ScalePad Lifecycle Manager came out ahead on integrations, price, and user experience. Since onboarding we've been able to genrate a numbe of prety impressive opportunities, most notably a laptop refresh for one of our largest clients. Similarly, ScalePad have implemented a number of really beneficial features - such as BackupRadar backup cross-referencing, and most recently VM Reporting, which has allowed us to get visibility on our clients critical backup estate - something that used to be very manual can now be generated in a matter of minutes. It's clear to say, we're big fans! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly there hasn't been too much in the negatives. What limitations we initially discovered were logged as feature requests. Most of these have been implemented in the 12 months we've been a Lifecycle Manager partner. The only outstanding request we have is the ability to map Cisco Meraki at the site leve, rather than the organisation level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scalepad provides clear and concise information about customer hardware and software assets. It lends great credibility for our business reviews with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike for how we use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How well presented the information is to our clients with very little work on our end. Gives them a clear sight of the inventory they currently have while being able to forecast budgets for the upcoming year to refresh hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing for mail-in end of life disposal seems a bit high, compared to local options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lifecycle manager is easily integrated with our existing PSA and RMM tools making the synchronization accurate and easy. I love how all the reports are customizable and easily branded for your Company. Managing and even purchasing hardware warranties is easy with ScalePad Lifecycle Manager. There isn't much that I can say I dislike about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager. It's always done everything I've needed it to do in my role as Project Manager for a Managed Service Provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
