A lot of the information that Lifecycle Manager provides can be viewed within an RMM tool. What cannot be viewed easily is the hardware warranty information. One thing I like about LCM is that the tool integrates with a good number of our hardware vendors; network, systems, storage, etc. API integrations are very easy to setup.
I really like the ability to Roadmap, and help clients create IT budgets for hardware replacement. Also cool is the ability to offer extended warranties. The reporting is very clean, and this product is a huge tool in our QBR toolkit.
The provided training workshops were extremely beneficial. Onboarding / customer support was very well though out. This led to a very quick and easy implementation, and the tool is natively easy to use.

The only downside is that during our onboarding, the person stated that asset disposal was included at no charge. Come to find out, we have to upgrade our licensing to unlock free asset disposal.
