What do you like best about Lofty?

Chime makes it easier to keep track of clients. I love being able to send texts through the computer and it saves templates so easily. Being able to set tasks and reminders is really helpful. Checking off those boxes makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something rather than just making phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

I wish I could "pin to top" more actions, I wish the phone app was more inclusive of all features, I wish I could see the "assistant"'s tasks, and I wish the virtual number had the option to make it show up as your personal number on other peoples phones. What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have found my stress levels dramatically reduced when it comes to forgetting tasks or trying to remember small details people have previously told me. Not having to shuffle through notebooks to find info is so nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

I love the automated systems in Chime that help me to reach out to clients without having to actively send an email, text, etc.. The smart plans, ai, and auto emails sent to leads when they register really help me to stay on top of communicating with my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every once in a while, I'll have an issue where my actions aren't logged within the CRM. It's hard for me to keep track of my communications without logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

I really like that Chime is easy to navigate and tends to be fairly intitutive. I also appreciate that they listen to feedback and work to implement a lot of what is recommended to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Every once is a while, there are features I wish they had but again, I appreciate that, for the most part, they listen to my feedback and work to implement changes. One change I would still love to see them add it to have the system filter to not only show my primary client's birthday's, but also the secondary contact in the file. What do you like best about Lofty?

I like the lead platform to create tasks for specific leads. And I utilize innovative plans (email) as the marketing coordinator. I also enjoy how easy it is to edit our website on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For some reason, when we put what type of leads go to a specific team member, they end up scewing up randomly after a couple weeks of doing fine, then we have to go in and refix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lofty:

there is a TON of things you can use on Chime, it's nice that you don't have to use all of it if you don't have to and you don't have to pay for everything if you just want to use the CRM for leads and website. It's also compatible with Google Analytics which is super helpful on the marketing side. Whenever we have a problem/glitch with the system (which is bound to happen!) we always have good, fast responses from the customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have integrated our Google Ad landing pages with our Chime website, and it has been getting us lots of buyer leads. We have also solved the issue of responding to leads slow. What do you like best about Lofty?

I find it helpful having everything is one place. I feel that there is great uses for the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Pond leads to still be able to have smart plans ran on them. I have some automations set up and they dont run as well because the pond is not a dedicated agent to it. no group texting. Few search updates to better read each mls, maybe on onboarding have agents send different types of properties from thier mls to allow the tech to match things more exact. I wish notes would show up next to handpicked listing searches to save time on flipping back and forth. Agents having to be assigned to the lead to get a message about the leads. What do you like best about Lofty?

I have used many different CRM's over the past 4 years, including real geeks, follow up boss, mojo, Lion Desk, and the KW one. Chime has all the features and more for half the cost. They are constantly updating the system and adding more tools and features. If you are into ads and landing pages, this is you best option! Editing your website is so easy and takes no technical skills. You can also create unlimited custom landing pages. hands down the best CRM out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

There are so many tools within Chime. Depending on your level of experience you can customize Chime to do what a lot of people are paying an employee to do. Chime allows are agents to focus on money making activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

The Chime AI does need to learn how to respond to clients when they initially inquire. Our AI can come across a litte pushy and not very smart, but the speed to lead can not be match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
