Need to improve transaction management, and checklists, and create a client portal. A client portal where clients can securely upload documents, and also see progress on their transaction (maybe have a prescribed timeline that realtors can create showing the things we do for them like call lawyers, schedule inspectors, etc) - that way it shows our value to the client. Additionally, I had recommended improvements be made to SELLER lead capture like the home value tool. This needs improvement as most sellers do not go beyond the first step. There may be simple ways for you to improve this function. This would be extremely valuable to me if you could get SELLERS to finish the process & then somehow seek communication with us.

Chime is a very organized platform that is helpful to keep track of your CRM and stay on top of each lead and their activity. Chime is an all in one to also track your transactions, appointments and tasks. When you are busy the AI keeps in contact for you to make each lead feel like you are in contact with them. There is no real dislike with Chime, best platform I have used. If I had to put one thing it would be, I am on a team and would prefer to have more leadway for my main dashboard to be flexible to change to my preference instead of how my team manager has it. I have to email Chime Support to enable SSL for websites, but that takes less than a minute & they are very responsive, so it's not that big of a deal.
