What do you like best about Lofty?

The AI bot, sending property alerts, the listing discovery that we can email or text blasts to our client. These features helped us to get new renter and buyer leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

Website capabilities, CRM, emails. I appreciate you seeking input from us to improve. I think you should leverage your clientele to help you focus on making RELEVANT improvements that would help you, and help us, improve our businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Need to improve transaction management, and checklists, and create a client portal. A client portal where clients can securely upload documents, and also see progress on their transaction (maybe have a prescribed timeline that realtors can create showing the things we do for them like call lawyers, schedule inspectors, etc) - that way it shows our value to the client. Additionally, I had recommended improvements be made to SELLER lead capture like the home value tool. This needs improvement as most sellers do not go beyond the first step. There may be simple ways for you to improve this function. This would be extremely valuable to me if you could get SELLERS to finish the process & then somehow seek communication with us.

Website, client communication, and regular outreach like monthly market reports are popular, search emails are popular. NEED back-end improvements though like you need to improve transaction management, and checklists, and create a client portal.

A way to CHEAPLY prospect to clients like local SEO, email marketing, etc would be helpful to gain new clients.

What do you like best about Lofty?

Chime is a very organized platform that is helpful to keep track of your CRM and stay on top of each lead and their activity. Chime is an all in one to also track your transactions, appointments and tasks. When you are busy the AI keeps in contact for you to make each lead feel like you are in contact with them. There is no real dislike with Chime, best platform I have used. If I had to put one thing it would be, I am on a team and would prefer to have more leadway for my main dashboard to be flexible to change to my preference instead of how my team manager has it. What do you like best about Lofty?

What do you like best about Lofty?

Ease of use and the AI Assistant. When I go to my computer it tells me my daily opportunities and who I should be following up with. The AI Assistant doesn't respond like a bot. It Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search features are less robust than a direct search through the MLS but mostly gets the job done. The search terms don't always link up with understood terms in my MLS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a single agent without an assistant and Chime is like an assistant. Their smart plans are great to keep leads engaged. I have increased my GCI by $74,500 and have not scratched the surface. What do you like best about Lofty?

The website with CRM, lead capture, and direct integrations with many other platforms & lead generation sites like Opcity. Much more robust than other CRM platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to email Chime Support to enable SSL for websites, but that takes less than a minute & they are very responsive, so it's not that big of a deal.
