What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Very easy to use. I have used other services such as jobber and this was a very good and straight forward system that I liked more. Tyler was very helpful to me and got me taken care of. 10/10 recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really can't express how unhappy I am with the recent changes to the way invoices look. I hate the new system. Really considering switching away from Fieldpulse. Invoices are so cluttered and unprofessional looking. I have been manually editing the pdfs to suit my needs.

I wish there was an offline mode that would be accessible if the internet was down. Being cloud-based only you are reliant on a stable internet connection for access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Logan. We appreciate your feedback here. We did make a change to our legacy invoicing and we recognized it did clutter the invoice for a few customers that were still using it. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I like all of the features that you get with field pulse. I love the estimate and invoice portions of the software as well as scheduling. When there are issues with the software customer service is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

What I love about FieldPulse is it combines features of multiple programs and softwares into one! I currently use about 5+ between emails, estimating software, scheduling software, fleet tracking software, reporting software, and more. FieldPulse even includes a feature to determine the most efficient route for your team. It is more efficient and relieves the stress of being in multiple windows at a time. What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

There is not much to dislike with FieldPulse. My only struggle was figuring out how to remove draft Pricebooks and ensuring I completed them properly but with a quick meeting everything was smooth and I was doing things exactly as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is giving us a functional all in one program to take care of all our needs for office staff, technicians and clients. We are able to track more efficiently as well when it comes to past due payments, client needs, and better communication and visuals for our office staff to our field technicians. FieldPulse eliminates myself having to use multiple programs for estimating, scheduling, reviews, best routes, tracking, payments, it truly is suburb and above all other options for our industry. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

i really how i can customize pretty much everyting in the app and desktop. Plenty of options that are included and really intuitive. Didnt take long to get up and running after signing up either and the customer service really helped a lot with assisting us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

i just want them to add a quantity button when adding a item from the pricebook instead of the current method which is adjusting labor and overhead quantity to raise the numbers but eventually the field techs will accidentally mess it up unintentionally because the numbers aren't always round numbers. PLEASE ADD A "ADD QUANTITY" button when adding pricebook items on the invoice!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are currently in the process of onboarding with FieldPulse and so far, the service has been stellar! It is a bit different from what we are currently used to in a CRM, but I am confident that the program will do what we need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

It would be nice if you could view more than one page at a time like with previous CRM's I have used. Where you can right click and open in a new tab so you can toggle between two pages. That would probably be my biggest dislike so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Much better experience than Sattracks! easy to use and their tech support is fast and helpful!

Have not found any downsides that are real issues! A more easy to use feature guide / manual would help. Some times takes a bit to find online help on the subject but if all else fails can always use the online chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
