What do you like best about FieldPulse?

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I love the phone routing feature. It was very important for me to be able to have multiple users access the same phone number regardless of location. This works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

"Create a new line Item" should allow you to add pictures to the Items. There should be a mobile "sign" feature so the customer can sign for the estimate on the tablet without them needing to open an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a program similar to service titan, but at a more reasonable price. So far this program is similar enough that I can accomplish that goal. The program looks a bit more like backend software and a bit less like frontend software. I'd prefer a more user friendly UI / UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

FieldPulse is going to dominate the internet. FieldPulse is pleasantly flexible compared to its competitors and provides incredible feature value. Their staff is on top of everything. It loads faster. It has better features. It has a better workflow. Your company will benefit in ways you aren't currently even thinking of when you work with FieldPulse and learn everything this powerful software can do for you. What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

Their marketing. The reason for this is that I didn't know about FieldPulse 2 years ago when I wish I did since I used a competitor during that time, which caused a lot of headaches compared to how easy FieldPulse is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workflow - With our previous clunky software, we would miss things. Moving customers along the FieldPulse pipeline is incredible.

Customer Communication - One of the main reasons we chose FieldPulse was for the Engage portion of the software which allows us to two way communicate via text sms messages with our customers.

Quoting - The bonus of FieldPulse is how amazing the quoting/invoice side of the software functions. It's beautiful. I heard Van Gogh gave his other ear to the founder of FieldPulse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I am able to track numbers and move clients to different stages very easily as well as tag clients and even set up memberships with automatic billing! It's truly amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I like the layout and how they have intergrated the third party extensions like QBooks it's absolutely seamless. The app is amazing and is easy to communicate even with my older techs who hate technology work it with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

The only possible thing I could say is when adding line items for invoice and you search that item, when you then hit "create" your search terms should paste over instead of having to re type what your line item needs to be, also the ability to have the quick add feature for the same service or item with multiple price option vs. having to change it manually. They have brought in the ability to upload multiple pics at once and the also have Where videos can also be added all with a couple clicks and then you can easily add them to the customer invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
