"Create a new line Item" should allow you to add pictures to the Items. There should be a mobile "sign" feature so the customer can sign for the estimate on the tablet without them needing to open an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the layout and how they have intergrated the third party extensions like QBooks it's absolutely seamless. The app is amazing and is easy to communicate even with my older techs who hate technology work it with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only possible thing I could say is when adding line items for invoice and you search that item, when you then hit "create" your search terms should paste over instead of having to re type what your line item needs to be, also the ability to have the quick add feature for the same service or item with multiple price option vs. having to change it manually.
