1. It is easy to use and very straight forward, even a non techy guy can easily use it.

2. It helps me in creating timetables for the field operations and also I can easily communicate with my field workers.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

PDF forms and form fillers could be improved for better custom forms for equipment services.

I would also like a timeline-style 'wall' in the field notes section and the equipment notes section. A way that each time you add a note, it would input a new timestamped note with a scroll bar that would allow you to scroll and see a timeline of notes in those fields. I love how clean the software is. It is very easy to use! Field Pulse offers tons of features and plug-ins that have been very useful in helping my company stay organized! I genuinely do not have many bad things to say about Field Pulse. However, there are some features that they do not offer that would be useful to my business. I wish I could schedule jobs for "All Day" instead of scheduling the start time and end time to last the whole shift. We have finally decided to join the era of online after hesitating for years. So far, the switch has been a positive one. It gives a professional appearance, and I can see how things will be much easier with this program. One cool feature is having estimates with financing options automatically attached. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

FieldPulse has been a great way for our team, going from a diary with unreadable notes and missed bookings

to an automated approach, scheduling my team, keeping organised and saving on double handling

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

There is one annoying issue we have when invoicing

When going from > Add item, to filling in > description the scrolling function does not keep up with invoice details and does not allow us to scroll down to keep ahead of the writing. This means we are unable to see what we are typing without finishing and scrolling down

This never used to be an issue (pre june 2022)

To counteract this we have been writing descriptions in microsoft word and copy and pasting, which has been quite annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

FieldPulse is very user friendly for someone not so tech savvy. The friendly interface is easy to navigate.

I know we are only using a small portion of its ability at the moment but what this program/app is capable of is only going to make the on field communication with our admin so much smoother as well with our clients.
