What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Fieldpulse has a modern interface, intuitive menus, and great features for automating workflows. These features make training easier for our employees and allow us to scale quicker once we establish our processes. Making product recommendations and entering support tickets is very easy. What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

The one-on-one interactions with training and support it doesn't feel like its scripted or straight out of the textbook, it's genuine help.

The response is always promptly when you have a question or are stuck on something - the videos explaining how to do things are also very helpful.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

There is a customer support team member always ready to help you, and the software is very natural to use. Everything is logically designed so you can learn and teach it to your admin easily. I highly recommend Field pulse! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

The only thing that has not been my favorite is the payment partner called Payrix. I changed my business name with the state of Ohio, but Payrix isn't allowing me to accept payments till I file a name change with the IRS; I have to send a written letter to the irs, which could take six weeks to process. To be fair, though, Field pulse has no control over the requirements of their partners, but still, it has been frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signatures on estimates from techs in the field should be much easier. Almost every single estimate or invoice we have should 100% have a signature on it.
