Customer service is spot on. We experienced an access issue caused by an ex-employees erroneous setup. They went above and beyond in their help and follow up. I love that there is customer service for times when you do not understand how to do a specific task. All you have to do is write the chat message; the company has someone there to help you. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Ever since our company started using fieldpulse, it has been a game changer. Everything from the scheduling system, to the estimates/invoices and the messaging system for customers called Engage. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

We love Fieldpulse because it's easy for our techs to use. Customer profiles are excellent because it keeps track of all invoices, proposals and jobs. Also, whenever I have questions, the staff is always quick to respond and help me resolve any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

I wish FieldPulse were easier to use while writing proposals and invoices. The screen always jumps to the top of the page every time I make a correction, and I must scroll down to where I am writing again. That isn't very pleasant, but I hope they are working on it. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

This program was easy to learn and use even before we had our onboarding training session. The self help topics are great. There is always someone available to livechat if you aren't able to answer your questions through the self help. We have been using this program for 5 months now, and we couldn't be happier with the ease of creating customers and jobs and tracking everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

When creating a job, I wish the schedule would stay where we are scheduling for. Instead it goes back to current day which can be frustrating when you're trying to schedule for weeks in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
