What do you like best about FieldPulse?
I've been using FieldPulse for several years; it's user-friendly with EXCELLENT customer support, streamlines estimating/invoicing and receiving payments, marketing communication, report generation, etc. Plenty of add-on services as well as 3rd party integrations to customize your experience. For someone who needs extra help at times with tech-based services, I couldn't be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about FieldPulse?
I desire more discount and price adjustment features. Also, I wish there was a way to edit my service library line items in a way that could hold true and accurate per a measurement, perhaps with suggested area pricing per the project, etc. I believe this is an add-on service for plumbers already. We've release several enhancement around our estimate/invoice functionality. It sounds like the ability to update pricing or possibly forecast that would be of interest.
