What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I've been using FieldPulse for several years; it's user-friendly with EXCELLENT customer support, streamlines estimating/invoicing and receiving payments, marketing communication, report generation, etc. Plenty of add-on services as well as 3rd party integrations to customize your experience. What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

I desire more discount and price adjustment features. Also, I wish there was a way to edit my service library line items in a way that could hold true and accurate per a measurement, perhaps with suggested area pricing per the project, etc. I believe this is an add-on service for plumbers already. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I recently lost my field coordinator last week and so I was scrambling for a solution. I happened upon FieldPulse that same friday and was elated to discover the capability the software offered. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Easy to use and intuitive UI. Great for communicating with my field techs and building a schedule. Customer support responds quickly as well. For the price, you won't find anything better. We looked at Housecall Pro just recently, but at three times the price, we couldn't see switching just for some better features that we don't use yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

At times it has been buggy or nonresponsive. But tech support is quick to solve the problems. I wish it had better scheduling options like multiple days on a job but only Monday/Wednesday/Thursday without manually changing the dates. Right now you can only schedule blocks and then have to adjust the schedule. Other than a few issues I've had, I give it 9/10. Hopefully, they will start releasing some new features similar to Housecall Pro...wink wink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I like the simplicity of the program and user friendly it is. I'm pretty computer literate, and it has been easy to see how it all works from my first hour of training with the customer support staff. This company over promised and under delivered. They made promise after promise. We spent around $5,000.00 on their package to only have them tell us that parts of the system wouldn't work the way we needed it too. (Letting out techs see our whole client list with client info that they could print off!) This after them saying it would work the way we needed it too. When we confronted them all we got was an I'm sorry. When we asked for a refund they offered us $400.00. When I reached back out to at least get that $400.00 they will never respond. Fieldpulse, hands down the best customer service I've ever received! No matter what problem I throw their way, they always have a solution. And the staff? Beyond amazing.
