At the price point FieldPulse sits at, their capacity to allow you to customize different features is unbeatable in the field service software industry. We started with Houscall Pro and stopped using them because there are so many things we wanted to accomplish that were simply not possible in their rigid atmosphere. After doing what felt like an enormous amount of demos, we came onboard with FieldPulse, which has served our company very well. We have been with them now for going on three years and they have only continued to grow in this area. In places where features or functionality may be somewhat limited, they have many additional plugins and 3rd party relationships that help fill in the gaps. There are some minor features that FieldPulse has not yet gotten around, such as the ability to automatically add a credit card fee when customers would like to pay with a card. Still, these things are somewhat small nuances in the grand scheme of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everthing! FieldPulse provides me with a level of organization that is uncommon in most small businesses. It allows me to communicate and log all of my clients so that I can later go back and review notes, track data, and remarket to existing and previous clients within my database. Plus, having the built-in merchant services option and many other helpful tools like vehicle tracking make FieldPulse a game changer. We switched from Housecall Pro to FieldPulse after discovering HCP's capacity limitations. We are a startup HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company executing an aggressive growth strategy. FieldPulse had every solution we required, including multiple roles, no limits on team/division creation, good/better/best proposal format, robust price books, accepting payments within the platform, and just enough CRM to give helpful insights to our sales reps. Our service techs enjoy it as much as our office staff. And the cool part is we have seen nothing to indicate a need to change platforms as we grow our organization. The platform is affordable and even can include syncing with google calendar, it gives you the ability if you want to use their credit card processor. They have a pretty suitable mobile app and you can call and text using their number or port to your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the Ui can be improved as well as adding more ways to customize your booking page, and more control over the way you contact us or schedule appointments are presented on the page. It will be nice to be a fully functional drag-and-drop form builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has helped to streamline our processes and improved communication amongst team members and customers.
