I love the custimization of bid forms for your own company layout. I also like the ease of creating proposals and how easy it is to reorganize or edit them. The biggest drawback for me, as an estimator, is the Line Items catalogue. Every single different line item I create has to be catalogued which ends up creating a huge caalogue of very similar line items. You should be able to create a line item from a standard line item in the catalogue and just make small changes to fit your proposal need without having to save every little difference. Fieldpluse is a single tool which provides ease of use to its end customers who are not trained & parallelly to the internal development team who helped in implementing the tool within the unit. We have purchased limited license (core features covered) for Proof of Concept activity in remote offshore sea oil drill location which needed cost effective platform supporting 20 users around (daily usage) . I would say $99 per User License may be a bit more for small enterprises which are the primary customer base for the FieldPulse but having said that few companies are able to operate due to the multiple features provided by the product like Assets, Billing, Pulse Fleet Tracking, Pricebook etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I can say I am not a fan of is the lag. Often the application is prolonged. Having the speed needed to move freely from one application to the next would be nice, also they update the platform without notifying you. This makes it hard for a work day. FieldPulse offers multiple ways to view, look up, and process all of your daily business activiities. It is a straight forward user-friendly system that offers lightning fast answers to any questions through the support chat. very user friendly with a lot of options that HCP does not offer. I switched from HCP to FP as FP seem more geared towards contractors who want direct ways of performing tasks rather than searching for a work around like i found to be common with HCP. The pricebook has a nice look to it and can be matched with your company colors along with estimated & invoices. The support team was eager to get me onboarded and have been very helpful so far! i would like to see a way to have a view of your Gross Profit Margin when building out services in your pricebook. I just back check mine manually which is not a big deal. Just a side note, you can enter a GPM when doing a quick estimate etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use FieldPulse daily as a customer database as well as scheduling. I felt integrating this new system was relatively simple and user friendly. I appreciate that FieldPulse offers a scheduling and routing feature in the same space as a customer data base. It has minimized the amount of services we use in our day-to-day operations. FieldPulse is very easy to use and has a good flow from start to finish. Implementation was easy and customer support has been very responsive. I'm using all of the FP add ons and a few of the third party add ons and the integration has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm mostly disappointed that forms, checklist, contracts, and agreements are not an integrated feature. Having to build these in another software and then import it is tiresome.
