FieldPulse does an excellent job of keeping my IT Service Business on track. It handles Scheduling, Customer and Site Management, Estimating and Invoicing. The two-way sync with Quickbooks Online works seamlessly and when we do run into any questions or issues the Customer Service has been absolutely excellent. The mobile app is well thought out and works well for my technicians. We've tried a number of other FSM Solutions over the years and so far FieldPulse is the best we've used to date. No solution is perfect and we've run into a few business flow issues where we've had to implement workarounds to fit our need, but thankfully FieldPulse is VERY flexible so that hasn't been a big problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the midst of switching to using FieldPulse for running a Plumbing Company, any questions, issues, problems, etc., are answered and resolved quickly using their chat support. This has made adjusting to the newness, ease of integration and use so much better than previous times. Once you get through the initial learnings, it flows nicely. Not all of our customer information transferred due to porting issues, but thats not just a FieldPulse issue. Would like there to be an options to merge customer files as some are duplicates which creates confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FieldPulse is an awesome scheduling app, it streamlines our business need effortlessly; which is great as we utilise it everyday. Its interface is very user-friendly and we have found that its multiple features are also really helpful.

I would like the ability to save report templates and have them easily accessible. You need to go through a number of steps to access saved/custom report templates, it should have it's own category.

Creating jobs and customer profiles is very easy. I also love being able to easily communicate with clients via email and SMS. Fast and effective communication is key for dispatching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently switched from a different software, fieldpulse is a dream when it comes to software. It is very user friendly and very easy to get set up. There two way integration with quickbooks is amazing as i found myself double entering with other softwares. The custom status feature comes in super handy to keep all of your jobs organized. I am still pretty new to the software but so far it is amazing! The customer support team is amazing, there is a chat available in your fieldpulse account which has come in super handy as well. Our on boarding trainer, Andrea was super helpful and dealt with all of my million questions. We use fieldpulse everday for work orders, estimates and invoicing. There are a few features that were on our old software that i have recommended to the customer support, but not necessary features. For example being able to enter a cheque for multiple invoices would be super helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is there not to like. Yes its simple but complex enough for the small businesses and the larger ones the same. This is my second time using the software and so far everyone i've delt with has been super helpful and polite even though i asked 100 questions before i understand sometimes. Ive also used 4 other CMR and FSM softwares and nothing beats this underdog team of awesome people that will soon be the number one software for all service businesses around. Not much i can put in this question field but if i had to put something it would be the price for the user licenses. I understand the 99 for the first user but for us small and just starting businesses it would be nice to add a couple people to the software that they can log in and use for a smaller amount than the 60 per user. Maybe charge in a tiered structure so the little man has a chance to have the help but the bigger compaines can help offset the cost with alot more employees and bigger revenue. Thats about all the bad i can say though because if the platform needs something all you need to do is ask them and if it seems helpful for most of the platform users then they usually make an update with it added in for everyone to use. FieldPulse's customer service is unmatched. Immediate support with a very conveient human chat finction. No bots, a real human that is there and ready to help in any way they can, or get you in touch with the person who can. Fieldpulse has the flexibility for Pro Pool Team to use it in a way that works for our business. The competitors locked you in to their way of doing things which did not work for us. It has centralized the workflows for recurring monthly clients as well as our one off repair clients. The support is awesome. We had a few issues during the start up, and Holly stuck with it and all issues were resolved. She went above and beyond in taking care of us. Highly Recommend. I love that FieldPulse is user friendly. I have used other systems in the past that charged much more than FieldPulse and I could never figure out how to use them so I wound up cancelling those subscriptions. FieldPulse has always been very user friendly and if I am ever having trouble figuring out how to do something, their customer service team is extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. I use FieldPulse every single day and am able to create estimates, change those estimates to invoices when I need to, as well as record payments in the system. There is not much that I dislike about this system. Sometimes I do feel as though I would like to see some more features for companies that are transitioning from a small business into a larger company, but it is possible that there are some features that I am not yet aware of.
